Line is super long and the process takes so long.not streamlined at all. 30 seconds of ziplining is over 1.5 hours of wait

Incredible experience, bring refillable water bottles for the lockers and hydrate between rope courses. Can't bring anything on the courses except your phone in a special pouch that you can purchase there. Advise you to bring or buy gloves if you plan to do that more challenging courses.

An AMAZING Event! I chose the beginner's course which focuses on "balance. " You walk on narrow logs, planks with spaces between them, and you Zipline in between the landing platforms. At first, I was scared to death! Almost paralyzed. However, the "rangers" are extremely safety oriented and you are ALWAYS harassed with a cable. As I traversed the course, I gained more confidence. A fun, but daring experience. The staff is SUPER friendly. Truly, a unique journey. AA+

Amazing place! The people that work there are super helpful and nice! The obstacle course are so good! The zip line is awesome! I would say that my 12 year old was able to handle up to the intermediate. You need to have gloves. They will help a lot. Definitely worth it! Just awesome!

Yesterday we were in this cool place! It was very interesting to test ourselves on different difficulty levels. And, we feel safe everywhere because the workers are nearby) I'm stuck on Advanced level, but the worker attached me to him and moved me to the next test) And, I was able to finish myself! I highly recommend this place!

What a great experience at the zoo. A Great add on. A little difficult finding it as it's not really inside the zoo you actually have to exit the park and cross a small pathway. The staff was friendly from beginning to the end. I didn't get on as I was cheering my kids so I got to see them in action.witnessed a sweet moment with the gentleman at the first zip giving a encouraging pep talk to a young boy that was nervous and started crying. Kudos for the staff made my day.

For those that are concerned about timing: I went this Sunday during Spring Break, Easter and Passover holiday so it was very busy but completely manageable. I read the instructions on the tickets and made sure to get to the Zoo a 1/2 hour before my scheduled reservation. I also made sure to follow the instructions to the correct parking lot. There was plenty of parking and it took no time at all. To be safe we actually got there an 45 mins before and they were nice enough to allow us into the earlier group. The staff is friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. To be clear- even the easy courses are very challenging and my 9 year old daughter and I have climbed and ziplined before. The beginning was especially hard and there are spots where my daughter couldn't reach and struggled. But we got through it and took our time after fumbling in the beginning. The zipling over the river at the end was the highlight because it was super thrilling and felt like a reward for all of our hard work. If you're looking for something fun and easy then i would say just do the zipline. If you you want to be adventurous and challenge yourself- then do the treetop adventure and ziplining. But prepare yourself for a lot of unclipping and clipping your belay/carabiner.you'll need some upper body strength. My only negative comment was that someone was needed at the very beginning of our course. Other than that- you could always find a friendly and helpful staff member.
