My mom has a serious condition
And we got here and she has high blood pressure. Appointment was at 9: 30 it’s 10: 41 we are not been called by anyone to help us.

I've been a patient with Bronx care for over 5 years now and I've been treated at the clinic and at the hospital and it's one of if not the best hospital system I've been in the staff are very professional and they care about the patients and they explain the treatments to you and so you can understand them I would definitely recommend it to My family and friends. Also it's very clean and kept that way

Horrible system with a horrible staff. Terrible customer service and unprofessional individuals who are lazy and do not follow up with proper care! Do not take anyone there for treatment. Totally incompetent and unprofessional!

My mother was hospitalized there and the care is awful. They do not answer the call lights for the patient and did not take care of her activities of daily living well. The second day there they did not bring her dinner. I called the hospital and ask for the 16th floor and they transfer me and put me on hold. No one came to the phone i hd to call many times and they did not answer the call. I had to call the nursing superviser that night to get a hold of someone and she called the nurse to answer the phone. It was 9 pm and they brough her some food.
Service is bad. I do not recomend this hospital. I came to visit her put the light to get a pca to change her pad and no one came. I am taking my mother out of here.

I was in this hospital for 5 days. Never saw housekeeping mop the floor of my room. Not once. No hot water in my bathroom. Never changed my sheets. Trash always overflowing. Never again!

If you love yourself and family and friends stay away from this place they've had my wife held against her will for now 5 days! Won't let me nor our son visit her and even hung the phone up while she was telling me about what is happening in there and to think our tax money goes to funding places like this staff highly unprofessional of course this is allowed to go on in the Bronx

If you call early To scheduled your appointment they will pick up quickly. They have great doctors and nurses if you communicate well with them, they will work with you. They are very professional but if you be rude that will not be tolerated with them show respect when you speak to front desk workers they work really hard to help there community.

If you need to seek help in regards to a mental health situation, seek help somewhere else. The intake of new cases has overwhelmed the staff, having psychiatrists to run late when conducting evaluations with telehealth. It's unknown if they have adequate Spanish speaking psychiatrists to conduct a calls with Spanish speaking patients, especially older adults. More concerned in showing the number of adults, who seek help during the shutdown. You can't get in contact with someone, because either the number can't be dialed or the line is busy. The shutdown has increased cases with depression, anxiety and even worse.suicide attempts. Seek help elsewhere from people who give a damn instead of taking a two week vacation and not having staff members in handling the case load. Bronxcare doesn't care

Bronx, Care Hospital Center is a great place to visit and get examined there's, great Doctors, and nurses, that care

I’ve had all my 3 boys here. Labor and delivery is amazing. From the beginning of labor to the end. They treat you great! They take care of you make sure you have a great stay. The nurses were always knowledgeable and nice. They made sure baby and me were always good. I also loved the special lunch they offer the day you’re being discharged. Surf and turf. A deliscious nicely done filet mignon and shrimp, sparkling apple cider and an awesome chocolate cake!

They dont deserve one star honestly! This place is absolutely horrible smfh at 31 weeks pregnant i walked into labor and delivery in so much pain. After sitting there for about a hour the doctor came in to tell me i had the flu. She had made her assumption based on my symptoms. (NEVER TESTED ME FOR THE FLU). 20 mins later the midwife tells me i don't have the flu she gives me 2 small cups of water and send me on my way! THAT NIGHT AT HOME WAS HORRIBLE! The next morning i ended going to another hospital and for sure enough i had th
e flu not only that but my blood pressure heart rate and pulse was through the roof! If i didnt know myself and body who knows what would have happened to me or my baby because of lack of care provided at bronxcare smfh YALL HAVE TO DO BETTER SMFH ' THE GRAND CONCOURSE LOCATION

The waiting time at the ER is seriously ridiculous! In case you need to go to their ER, even though it's minor, just clear rest of your day.probably short staffed or slow systems.

17 year old New mother afraid and uncertain 44 years ago my doctor Lee if I am correct was gentel and efficient with my care and her concern for me and my perfect baby boy. Thank you Morrisiana. Bertie M. Smith
