The service and atmosphere was excellent. But I was disappointed with the shrimp scampi linguine. It was kind of bland, I wish it had a little more flavor. Also I had only 6 pieces of shrimp with a lot of linguine!

The chicken parm was the best! We’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad meal nor bad service! We Love It!

This by far is the best Italian restaurant in the Rochester area. Red, the owner always walks around and greets every table. The staff is very attentive and personable. You always have "to go boxes upon leaving. Lots of parking and outside dinning is available. The food never disappoints.

Always wonderful food and wonderful service. This is our go to restaurant because the service and good food is consistent.

My high school had their 60th reunion in their party room. We had a buffet dinner with both meat and vegetarian choices. The service was great and the food good.

EVERYONE is friendly, willing to make reasonable substitutions/requests when they can. They really try to make your dining experience pleasant & accomodate all!

We had a huge surprise party for my mother-in-law. The place is gorgeous and I absolutely love the patio with the water. What a great place for pictures and the food and service was fantastic!

Had dinner reservations for 4. Three were from out of state and had requested an Italian " non chain" restaurant"
We were seated in the first booth as you enter the dining area. The black shelf along the booth was covered in thick dust. There is a figurine of a man on the shelf. He was covered in cobwebs. They had run out of Alfredo sauce and ranch dressing. The raspberry ice tea was luke warm. Our waitress was friendly but seemed quite rattled.
I have been here many times before and always enjoyed the meal.
This was actually a very embarrassing dining experience- we would have been better off going to Olive Garden

We had a reservation yet our table wasn’t ready. We got out at a small table and our food was cold. Not a great experience.

I love this place. I come here every time I'm home in Rochester. The food is delicious. I love the Chicken French, Chicken Angelo and their Greens and Beans especially! The owner, Red, is always so welcoming. The atmosphere is always very festive.

Food is beyond excellent. Service fantastic. Rear large open dining room was full with many large and loud groups. Everyone is trying to talk over the next table so it needs some sound dividers

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Rochester! The food here it’s to die for one thing to remember is that the sizes for your meal is true, i git the adult portion and had to take more than half of it home! The service is amazing! It is one of the hardest things to find a rude person at the brookhouse. Red Fedele is such a kind person, he will go over and have a conversation with you, he’s such a sweetheart! I would recommend going here for a great Italian meal.

Went to a family party. Third time we have had the pleasure of being at your Restaurant. We live in the Thousand Islands. Wish you had a Restaurant here

I Love red's the food is fantastic. We've been going there for about 10 years now. This time though the restaurant wasn't very clean. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs on the window sills. There were flies flying around our food and bugs on the windows. They didn't wash the booth seats off and there was a lot of stuff on the floors

Appetizers were great, Rib Eye not to good, 1st one cooked to much, 2nd one 1/2 of it was bone and fat, rest of it was very tasty. Soup had no chicken in it, cheese cake was delicious
