I'm so happy I chose to go to Brooklyn Acupuncture Medicine! At first, I was a bit intimidated by the time commitment of my acupuncture course, but Rez was so caring and welcoming that I took the leap. My appointments soon became the highlights of my week. I've been going to Rez for a little over a month now, and my emotional and physical pain has eased so much. I now feel like I have an awareness of my body that I didn't have before. I'm so grateful I chose to do acupuncture, especially with Rez!

I have been seeing Rez for almost a year. I first went to her while trying to conceive my second child and continued throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. Rez really helped me through a difficult pregnancy with managing any pregnancy symptoms, helping me keep my gestational diabetes in check and preparing me for birth. I really felt more grounded this pregnancy and have had an easier time with postpartum changes and I strongly believe that acupuncture has been the reason for this.

Rez is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind and I'm so incredibly happy that I was able to continue treatment for the entirety of my pregnancy.

I happened upon this service at a street fair and pursued treatment in preparation for an upcoming marathon. In a few short sessions, my knee was feeling much better, and i completed the marathon! Definitely worth a visit particularly if you’re a runner!

I was a week away from my wedding and was in extreme pain from a sprained my ankle when I came to Rez on a Monday evening unannounced. She gladly took me in and was able to help me walk normally in a couple of days! The team here is extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. Went in with neck and upper back issues. They gave me migranes and sleeping issues for months. Their techniques and methods really helped me a lot. Now I have little to migranes and sleep much better.

The first time I came in I was sobbing because of my chronic pain. Fast forward a few weeks and I am feeling safe and confident that my body is recovering and that there is a future without chronic pain out there for me. Rez really knows what she is doing- she is a great acupuncturist, and April is so compassionate and kind. I could not recommend them more, especially for people with hormonal issues and complex chronic conditions. It’s worth every penny.

I’m halfway through my 20-session treatment plan with Rez and am a very satisfied — and grateful — client. I started seeing Rez primarily for my frozen shoulder and neck pain, although I also suffer from arthritis and other health issues. Incredibly, there was a discernible improvement in my shoulder and neck after only two sessions. I now have significantly reduced pain and inflammation, and my range of motion has increased tremendously. Rez, an experienced and intuitive practitioner, has also been able to give me relief in my wrist, arm and hip. I’m definitely sleeping better too!
