Not my favorite bagel that I've ever had, but it was good. Salmon was overpowered by the onion, next time I'd get it without onions.

No place in the world has bagels like NY and these are perfect. One of the few places with blueberry bagels. They’re huge soft and chewy goodness. Get the blueberry spread too. Yummmmmmm. As a former NYer I got my foodie fix and brought home a bunch as my souvenirs. Highly recommend

The furniture was fantastic but elegant, and it helped to create a beautiful atmosphere. In the world, you are worthy of high praise.

I ordered a couple of times recently from here and we got a bag of bagel sandwiches each time. I got the whole wheat bagel with egg and cheddar cheese. Pretty basic, but it was really good and was consistently good each time we went there.
What really works well is the ordering technology. We ordered several bagel sandwiches online, all customized and all came out perfectly at the mobile pickup shelf at the store. This could have easily been screwed up - either the order or the quality of the food. Kudos to Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee.

Fresh made bagels, coffee is mediocre. Huge selection of spreads and cream cheeses. Go for the bagels and sandwiches

Nice bagel spot! There are lots of bagels to choose as well as other breakfast choices, I had a sesame seed bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese and it was delicious! They have many cream cheeses to choose from and from my experience with the plain cream cheese I can say that it is delicious! The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the coffee, didn’t really taste like coffee to me. I would totally recommend it for bagels!

My first time getting a rainbow bagel (turned out to be blueberry)! Not the best bagels I've had, but definitely delicious, and the bagels were pretty) The place was crowded when we got there around 12: 30PM, and the staff moved this along, but it still took some standing in line.

Walked 20 mins in the freezing cold after seeing high reviews on yelp. Was ecstatic when I finally arrived at the store. They have a huge variety of fresh bagels and cream/spreads to choose from. Both my wife and I were overwhelmed with the selection and amidst our dilemma, we decided we would just get 2-3 bagels each! The line was long but it moved fast and finally when it was our turn, I asked “is the rainbow bagel good? ”, the hostess didn’t say a single word, instead looked at me with a blank expression and held her arms up like “IDK”. I was stunned and couldn’t tell if she was serious and the little voice in my head was like, “pause, don’t you work here? ”. Anyways, she continued to be in a rush and ask for my order in a demanding tone as if I should’ve already made up my mind (this is my first trip to NYC and first trip having bagel outside of Costco bagel + Philadelphia cream cheese). I just looked up at the menu and said “everything with blue berry cream cheese” and my wife did the same but with strawberry cream cheese. We proceed to go to the cashier, whom was also in a rush and asked us to tell her what we ordered. I was just happy I didn’t end up ordering 6 bagels cause I would’ve been unable to repeat the order. Nevertheless, I will be trying more NYC bagels elsewhere and this will NOT be a spot recommended in our vlog for places to eat in NYC.

Shame cause the bagel was pretty good and filling.

I also don’t normally write reviews but I am sitting here in the shop writing this cause of the salt in my mouth.

Terrible customer service. Accepted an uber eats delivery order. Had it being prepared for 30 minutes before cancelling the order with no explanation.

The best bagles I have ever tried!

Came to the restaurant hoping to get some late breakfast because I was starving, but I ended up waiting in line for an hour. After trying the food I deside it was worth the wait. Just a small problem there is almost no where to sit, with only 5 tables some customers were getting angry at each other over seats.

Great coffee shop but I hope they changed their coffee brand from which they used to brew their coffee. Great selection of products and very tasty cream cheese. Breakfast is the best and price is decent.

Incredible bagels, I come here every time I’m in town. Before I leaving I also buy a dozen bagels and take home to freeze for later! If you want the best selection of bagels, get here early! The line is typically pretty long in the mornings but they keep it moving pretty quickly. Highly recommend these bagels - multiple locations in NYC too!

Truth be told, the bagels are huge, overpriced. But I don’t think their worth it. From Jersey and I think the bagels aren’t all that special. Had the egg, bacon and cheese on a egg bagel.

Vast variety of delicious bagels, sandwiches and cream cheeses. The line could be an bit long at times, but it’s worth the wait. The only negative is the quality of the coffee.it’s just ok.

Coffee here is very good. Got two breakfast sandwiches (hungryman and ham, egg, and cheese) and a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel sandwiches were good, but honestly, if I ever go back, I'm skipping the breakfast sandwiches and going straight for bagel and cream cheese. Bagels are soft and chewy. There are so many flavors of cream cheese and all the ones we tried we great.

Stopped by on our way out the city and I regret not going here sooner this is why people say New York bagels are the best! Hands down the best bagel i have ever had and cream cheese as well!

Amazing bagels. Great portions for the price and while there may be a wait the line moves fast. Between the options for bagel type and cream cheese, you could come here a hundred times and have not tried all of the combinations.
