The quality of their products have gone down hill. Customer service has followed. They have lost the touch that a family run business enjoys.
They like many firms, do not allow you to reach anyone by phone. What ever department you want to reach, you are directed to an e-mail.
Maybe now they will go back and read my first e-mail.
