Their process is absolutely ridiculous and on top of that they do not offer a loaner vehicle who does that in my opinion shows lack of care for us the customers hopefully they'll reconsider the no loaner aspect of their service receiving process.

This is a wonderful dealership to come and get a good deal with! Not only did Christina help answer all questions my parents had she also conducted multiple 3 way calls so that we were all on the same page - She ended up setting me up with a sales guy named Demetry to finalize numbers together they made my experience a 10/10. They beat the deal we were given and gave me a two $50 gift cards. I will be coming back to work with them for my moms car soon.

I had to update my comment because this was my first time buying a car and it was a lot that I didn’t understand but now I do and yeah they have a great team of people who will help you get exactly what you’re looking for. My experience with them wasn’t bad because they have great customer service and the dealers are very knowledgeable about their products and services. Thanks for the experience and the advice y’all gave me and I look forward to doing more business with your dealership. I’m a member of the JEEP family and I love it.

This is the worst place. I drove 2 hours to get this (special) deal that was confirmed on the phone. When I got there it was a different story. They wouldn’t honor the agreement. Stay far away from this dealership! Scam artists!

Great experience went on a Sunday no appointment, was seen fast after check in very transparent and easy. Pick up was a breeze in and out. I have had experiences in the past where I would spend the whole day just trying to get a car. Brittany was courteous and respectful, amazing customer service experience. If your in the market I would come here and give them a try.

Was told a deal will be made especially on trade in value. Drove 2.5 hours from NJ on the 4th of July with my three kids all under the age of ten especially just to waste my time. Gas, tolls, wasted mileage on my Jeep I’m trading in, and most definitely my time. I was appraised at least $33,600 on my Jeep when I got there $29,500 but we’ll give you $30k! What a joke! Jimmy (who told me he’s the sales manager) works in the internet sales and is not even in location…. I guess I’ll stick to dealerships in NJ and not travel out for a “deal”.

Thank you for clearing the car. I appreciate you the repairs where extremely expensive I never want to experience that again. The time it took to complete the repairs was too long. I understand because you had to go through more than one person. I wish they were on time. I won't cry over spilled milk I will be back because I want you to get that 5 star from me I was accompanying one of your clients, stressed rider of the night and day and the experience just experiencing it with him was A shocker some of the staff over the phone. I will chop it up to it wasn't a good day and that happens just remember when dealing with customers deep breath your doing great take breaks and put yourself in each other's shoes then attack the task according. Bless up thank you. The riders representing the company on the day of pick up I am impressed thank you.

I initially leased my vehicle from this location in 2019 and bought in September 2022. Needless to say, my Jeep is still new and I have radiator fluid/coolant leaking and I'm unable to drive because I don't want to overheat. In addition to that, the a/c hasn't been blowing cool air. I'm disappointed in a new vehicle giving problems, but even more frustration that when contacting this dealership, you can't get a manager on the phone. When you call, you go to voice mail or the receptionist ask for name and contact number. I left several messages over 2 days for service Manager Yohan with no return call. Its unfortunate the car is under warranty and you can't get service. When I call other JEEP dealers, the next appointments are not until June, which is ridiculous. I only have one car and need to drive for work. I will NEVER purchase another JEEP again. I've had way better customer service with other brands. Brooklyn chrysler dogdge Jeep in brooklyn, treat their clients like a number. Only time they care is when you care looking to purchase.

Probably one of the worst dealerships i have ever been too.not one person knew what was going on had me waiting there 3
hours to tell me there’s no rental cars also, the manager “BQ” was knodding off behind the counter seemed like he was on something.

My experience with this dealership has been FANTASTIC. From selling my vehicle to getting into a new lease, Mo went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Top-shelf service from a sales prospective.

I just brought my lease in for service today for the first time and my experience there has been tremendous. Elaine assisted me with getting my car serviced and stayed in touch with me the entire time the car was being serviced. On top of that, Elaine went and made sure I had a ride to and from work. Absolute PLEASURE to bring my car here. They value the lost art of customer service! I'd recommend anyone in the market to stop by this dealership. Absolute aces.

So here is the story. I was in the market for a new Chrysler pacifica. For more than a week, I chatted with one of their representatives over the phone and texted, confirming the model, trim of the vehicle, features, and even the incentives that I would be eligible for. Once I confirmed all the details, I scheduled a time to go in and see the vehicle and with the intention to buy.

Fast forward to the day of the visit, I arrive at the dealership, checkbook in hand, and trade in vehicle ready to be inspected. Here is what I find:

1. The vehicle they confirmed to be ready for me to test drive and look at is sitting in front of the dealership with a dead battery. They said they won't be able to change it. So I can't drive it. I was giving the option to drive not just a different vehicle but one that of a completely different trim.

2. I took the test drive anyway since I took my family, and i wanted to give them a general idea about the model. After the test drive, I asked the in-dealership agent to confirm the features of the vehicle that I came to look at as I can't drive or check it out properly. That is when he started to flip flopping, and I realized that the online agent wasn't transparent with me.

3. I still tried to work with them. Asked them to see if they have any other vehicle that matches my desired configuration. They make me sit there for 20 minutes so they can bring two vehicles that they have in stock for me to check. And then a so-called manager comes in to tell me that the two vehicles are sold and they can't help me.

All in all, I wasted more than 3 hours for nothing.

4 days later, I bought my vehicle from another dealership, which was way more transparent.

Don’t use this place! This place has no respect for your time they make appointments with you then look at your vehicle at their leisure. I brought my car in on a Thursday morning by Friday afternoon before they closed they still haven’t looked at my car i was told they might get to it on Monday. Why did I have an appointment for? Why are you holding my car for four to five days before you look at it? Thus center is not equipped to handle vehicles in excess but they will store your car and not even give you a loaner car or help with a rental car while you wait until they feel like getting to your car. Run from this place do yourself a favor you have been warned!

The sales rep Ralph Santiago, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our concerns, and spent a lot of time with us
