Whatever you do, do not go see Dr. Christine Lam in her Sunset office if you are not Asian.
Really rude, and I don't know why. I had a goose egg bump on my head and she actually prescribed a facial surgeon, REALLY? Then, she would not give me the actual referral, told me should have the receptionist contact me and she never did.
Who is this person? Why so rude and truly doesn't know what she's doing? All I can assume, it was personal.
A real waste of time.

I used to come here and I always had issues getting through to the front desk staff. I wanted to call to double check my insurance was accepted: I waited on hold for over ten minutes and calling twice. I decided I had to head over and thought it would be ok since the website confirmed my insurance was accepted. Don’t say you accept GHI at this location if you don’t actually accept it! I needed to come here again because I’m having pain from a spot on my face.the website stated that my insurance was accepted but after paying for my uber there I was told I cannot be serviced. They weren’t even busy when I arrived. I will never be returning here and I’m warning you if you do be ready for a rude experience. My money and time was wasted.:

One specialist recommended a treatment and when I went in for said treatment I was told, by another specialist, that it was the WRONG treatment (and could have made my condition worse). And then they still billed me! I could understand if I was referred by a separate company but it was their staff, and now I’m stuck paying $50 for nothing and because of poorly educated medical staff member that will recommend/prescribe treatments that are unsafe.

Terrible bedside manner from physicians as well as an inept receptionist staff. They want to CHARGE as many as people as possible, not help or heal. It’s sad that the business is expanding without improving basic necessities.

Edit: Peter is a receptionist who is kind and actually cares about patients.the one redeeming person at this location.

Today was my first visit at the office on Atlantic Avenue. Sarah Biederman (PA) was smart, professional and so helpful with my multitude of questions. I received Botox injections for my first time, and I was excited, but nervous and Sarah was so comforting. I am so happy with the results and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Sarah!

Love this place! It’s easy to get an appointment, they are on time and the place is new and clean. Love my doctor there!

The clinic is wonderful. Clean, well decorated, update technology and harmonious ambience. The front desk staff are customer friendly, helpful and treat you with respect and promptly. The medical and clinical staff such as doctors, interns and assistants, are amazing, friendly, they explain you the procedures and the realistic expectations of results. Willing to help and accommodate you with the limitations you may have.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Brooklyn Dermatology. I made an appointment a week in advance and was there on time. When I checked in at the front desk, they told me I had over 7 people in front of me and they wouldn't give an estimate of the time I'd have to wait. The clerks at the front desk were unapologetic and impolite. I have one last appointment booked and then will not be going back again.

I was seen on time for all my appointments. The office is very clean and neat, the staff is very professional, and the patient portal is second to none. Dr. Choudhury responded to all my emails in a timely manner and I'm very satisfied with the service given to me at this office. Thank you to Brooklyn Dermatology! Highly recommended!

The facility was nice, but I couldn't get them to call in my medicine. The staff would yes me to death about sending it in right away and then I would show up at my pharmacy and perscription had been sent. Happened 3 times over a week.

Deceptive Billing Practices. Tried to scam me for a $50 'after hours fee', even though my daughter's appointment was during their regular office hours. To their credit. They admitted to this fraud and claim they will remove the charge from my bill, however I'm still left feeling wronged. I'm happy you have read my review and hope you look out for the same scam.

The Brooklyn Dermatology team gets an A+ in my book. They get me in and out in no time and Dr. C.and the rest of the team are incredibly attentive and ALWAYS treat my needs. I love Brooklyn Derm!

This place is great, conveniently located, great availability. Check in and check out is pretty quick. Waiting time was 30 minutes. The Dr I saw was excellent, the medication prescribed worked and I have a follow up pending. Highly recommend.

I went in to hopefully get a wart removed and the dermatologist spent a total of 5 minutes with me after a 30 minute wait. He said he didn't think anything would work but tried to freeze it off anyways. 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail and was charged $210 after insurance for an unsuccessful wart removal. I would not recommend this place as they were not upfront about their costs.

Dr. Choudhury has worked with my 7 year old son since November 2015. He makes sure that my son feels comfortable during each visit. The entire team at Brooklyn Dermatology is AMAZING. They are like family to us. Dr. Choudhury takes such great care of my son, that I even became a patient of his, as well. Brooklyn Dermatology has changed my son's life. Thank you! Thank you! Love this place! Love Dr S. Choudhury! So nice so professional he helped my son when he was a baby with severe eczema! He is not the same baby.he healed his skin and my heart.i felt so bad when i went to another dermatologist and he couldn't find the right treatment but he did.and the facility is beautiful.

Great experience with Marina Matatova, she's absolutely kind, sweet and caring. Everyone else that attended me were nice and welcoming. Will definitely stick to this place for future appointments.

The doctor that saw me was friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff is incompetent. Don't bother filling out or uploading anything beforehand through ZocDoc, the receptionist will just make you do it again at the office. Also, the intake form asks for your credit card number and corresponding security code. That is sketchy AF.

Don't waste your time filling out the health related forms online. When you get there you are going to have to fill them out anyway. Waste of time, and you know what time is, right.

The new Kisok sign in system needs more work. I lost an hour waiting to find out that it never put me into the system.
