This will definitely become my go-to breakfast spot when I visit NYC! The staff, including their manager Chris, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Although I haven’t tried everything on the menu, the chocolate cookie, waffles, and Greek yogurt with granola are a must-try! Delightful experience overall.

Skip this place!

Wayyyyy overpriced for a diner (even for time square, I’m a New Yorker) and the food was lackluster. I have a very simple food allergy and asked for one thing to be swapped out and they brought me a plate with the food I requested off still on it. They were so inflexible about making the change and then they finally swapped it out for a pile of lettuce that looked like it was garnish.

They sat our party right in front of a closet and kept moving my chair to get in and out of the closet during our meal. I would never return.

Excellent food and service! We had the Chicken Pot Pie (amazing!) and Pastrami Rueben (to die for!) and both were extremely well done. The portions are very large and packed with taste in every bite. I had a jalapeño margarita - spicy and not cheap on the pour. We highly recommend this diner!

Only reason for my over all personal rating is a 2 star is because the service was less than average. Paying 85 dollars for two. Ordered appetizer (pigs in blanket) was 16$ for 5 tiny cuts of a hotdog wrapped in Pillsbury dough.
Ordered waffles, eggs and bacon for 25$ partner Ordered chicken waffles for 25$

Construction going on inside the restaurant while dining. Power cords exposed. Power washer inside the room spraying the ceiling.

Portions were absolutely not worth the price, if it was up to me I'd call it maybe 10 for each dish.

If you're smart, you'd save your money and go somewhere worth your while.

Classic New York food like lox bagels, reubens, cheesecake in a diner like setting. Space is a bit rundown but service is friendly enough. Doesn't feel like a tourist trap and my work colleagues and I quite enjoyed our sandwiches. Reuben was tender, not lean and had bits of whole spices in the pastrami. Would come again.

Every time I come to NYC I have been hooked to this place, especially for breakfast
Being a Muslim it's really difficult to find something suitable however they really accommodate your needs
The waiters are great plus Genevieve she is amazing and the most enthusiastic person I have met
The food is great I usually order avocado toast with poached eggs it's to die for plus the pancakes it could be softer however it is still good as it gives you the actual feeling of being in a diner someplace in the middle of the city

Fun vibe, depending on where you sit you're either in an old school diner space or it feels like your in a train cabin

Been to this place on a coupe of visits to NY - we enjoy it every time, and speaking as a tourist, this is always a grea tplace to visit. The decor is cool, the staff are snazzy and really nice every time we've been. We've only done breakfast, but it's a feast, and to be fair the cost isn't outrageous considering it's a stones throw from Times Square. Decent amount of food, fruit always fresh, great variety and really fun place to visit. Would recommend on both fronts from our visits over the past 5 years.

The burgers and chicken pot pie are terrific, though some dishes are hit or miss (burrito bowl didn't do much for me). Overall, it's a terrific place to grab dinner before a show. And the wait staff is always great.

For a place on Times Square this place has good food and decent prices. Friendly welcoming staff. A must visit for our family.

The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Service was super slow even after repeated attempts to get attention. Had to find our own utensils. Coffee and food was served cold, not fresh, super late for a high price.

Amazing dining experience! My sister and i were at the laguardia airport for an extended time because of our flight delays and we had the pleasure of being waited on by edwin who’s an incredible human being! The french fries and the egg cream are insanely good and made the stay at LGA way more pleasant than it had any right to be! Highly recommended!

Don't let looks deceive you. This unassuming diner has some great food and the weight staff are great. I had one of the best club sandwiches I've had in years.

If you're in Times Square or the Theater District, you should definitely check this restaurant! The pastrami sandwich is to die for and the service is amazing!

We had the pleasure of visiting the Brooklyn Diner with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We noticed there were no slip or trip hazards as we were waiting to be seated and as we were walking to our table. The food here was overpriced for what was served, and the pancakes were not cooked on the first one that was brought, and the second one was overcooked. They did have some really big cookies, though.
