I have no idea how in the world this doctor got into practice…. I’ve worked in many medical practices, from chair side assistant to front desk coordinator. I went there explaining to him that I basically knew what was going on, and I needed my tonsils taken out. Prior I went to three doctors, two hospitals, and they all told me the same thing I should go see an ENT, and get my tonsils taken out. So after driving an hour and a half to Brooklyn, because I live on the east end of longisland… he proceeded to be very condescending, basically trying to convince me not to get them taken out as it is none of his business why I have chosen to do so. In my personal opinion, he honestly looked like he was not confident in himself that he could do the surgery. Which is very scary on behalf of a patient putting their life in someone else’s hands. After about 10 minutes of me basically trying to convince him that this is some thing I need to have done, he told me he would have his coordinator book the surgery date. The coordinator then proceeded to take me downstairs to get some information and told me she would contact me in a week with a surgery date… That was about two months ago I have not heard anything from anybody, nor do I care at this point because like I said, the doctor looked like he was not confident he could even do the surgery correctly. I’ve never had a doctor try to convince me not to get something done that needed to be done because his ego told him he was right and I was wrong. Respectfully never going back.

GET RID OF THAT FRONT DESK! They are atrocious! The first time I called I should’ve known, one of the ladies (don’t know who they never introduced themselves) answered my call, I told her I wanna book an appointment she took my info put me on hold and she come back on the line and ask me the same thing again. Other time I called to make an appointment for my daughter, unfortunately I didn’t know their closing time, so I called 10mins before closing to book the appointment and guess what they did put me on hold the whole duration till closing, it wasn’t till I hang up and called again to realize what they did. Then another instant I had the doctor fill out some forms for me, she told me the front desk should call me when it’s ready, she also told me the following week it should be ready. I called that week and not surprising it wasn’t as told by the front desk, I called the next week same thing, so I called again seeing that it’s getting to close to time for my daughter surgery date. So I called one lady answered sounding like she was still in her bed, answered “ENT” and put me on hold when she come back to the phone I explained I’ve been waiting long and I’m not trying to rush the doctor but I need the forms for work for it’s pass due, she put me on hold then idk if it’s the same lady or someone else answered me, asked me the same thing, I then explained the same thing, this time she ask for my info and I guess she went to look it up and only to tell me it’s been there since my last appointment and proceeded to asked IF THE FRONT DESK didn’t called me I said no but I called last week and before that.but if this is not horrible costumer service I don’t know what is. It’s costumer service that be turning ppl away from businesses cause why honestly they need a revamp real quick!

Not kind, very unhelpful. The attendant made me feel like I didn't deserve an appointment with them.

Very frustrating front desk experience. They wouldn't accept my insurance card because it has my husband's name on it. We don't share a last name, but that's never been a problem before. My husband called the insurance to confirm that nothing was wrong with our account and was told that no authorization request had even been run on our card. So.they just thought I was lying about being on my husband's insurance and didn't even bother running it? I don't even know. Unbelievable, is what it is.

This office is HORRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here. The front receptionist and medical assistant are unprofessional and unorganized.
My son who is extremely sick had an appointment today. We waited for approximately TWO HOURS to see Dr. Nira Goldstein, and my son end up not seeing her. They kept giving me the runaround. This medical office put its business before a child’s health.

Terrible experience. If you are having your child treated, I would not recommend going here. The office staff is not helpful - they referred us to a radiology clinic that doesn’t even treat children and were no help and had no sense of urgency in finding a new location for our 12 month old with a potential broken nose. Though The dr we saw seemed kind enough, we were extremely disappointed in the quality of care here, I can’t stress that enough.

Don't bother. If you have an real problem or in pain they will not see you for weeks. I called for an ear ache and was told they could not see me until December and to go to urgent care. I was not a new patient either, just awful.

Newborn needed another round of hearing exams and this place has been very helpful and supportive. Dr Goldstein is amazing. She’s very sweet and was extremely kind to my baby. The other ladies who ran the exams were also very very nice! Thank you so much!

They have good doctors but are very poor when it comes to their customer care outside if the building. I went for an ENT and every time I call them I get referred in circles through their phone and I tried contacting the doctor through their portal (because they said I was forbidden from calling the doctor directly) and the doctor doesn't return my messages and calls at all! Bottom line great for 1 time appointments not great when you have further assistance/help outside of the facility. Would not go to again: (
