I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had service for my son on July 14,2023. My son was 10 shades darker than what he is.seats were wet and the live stream wasn't set up nor was it working. I don't even know if that was my son in that casket. 1 person assisting 2 funerals at the same time.the set up was horrible and the list goes on. I spoke to anthony and all he coul;d do was say sorry. HOW ABOUT REFUNDING FOR MAKEUP AND FUNERAL ASSISTANCE AND GIVING A PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE I WAS DEVASTATED. I can't sleep, I feel like I haven't seen my since 7/1/2023 the day he passed. I'm sooo unhappy it hurts my heart.
Please DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR SERVICES.

Barry L. Jackson passed away on Tuesday 3/14/23 @ 6: 00 am.
Unexpectedly, everything fell into my hands. My Brother had no insurance, no funds in his bank account. His body was transferred from his home to Brooklyn Funeral & Cremation service.
I came in contact with Mrs. Lori - she is a jewel. She is so soothing and comforting. I had to borrow 1975.00 for his direct cremation as I am on disability for several health issues.
I must apply to HR Burial Fund to see if I can get anything that would help me.pay the money back. Mr. Anthony was there and was just as kind. I felt overwhelmed trying to fill out the paper work.
Finally, don't be hesitant to come to seek their services for a loved one.

I called to speak to Mrs. Lori about the process for HR Burial Fund. She was off that day - But I spoke with Mr. Anthony whom said to mail the papers and he would do it for me.

Please make sure you have your services elsewhere. Tell your family to have adequate life insurance. The customer service from this business is horrible. Attempting to get Zoom for the service was a nightmare. The staff definitely needs customer service training. I highly recommend it this business invest in staff training.
