Staff are professional and respectful towards all students. Classroom atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Classwork challenges students' intellectual abilities.

One of the better independent schools found in Brooklyn. A thoughtful, progressive school with small class sizes, healthy parent-teacher communication, a culture of mindfulness with constructive learning. The Montessori method encourages children to bloom into their own independent people, BHMS is a leader in its field.
