Brooklyn Tile has every tile you can ever imagine! The most beautiful and gorgeous tiles! I am re doing my kitchen and master bathroom and when I walked into Brooklyn Tile, I didn’t know what I wanted or what I was looking for. Top quality service and top quality materials. Carlo and his staff are extremely easy going, very helpful and assist at every step of the project. Some minor issues came up and Carlo was extremely responsive and resolved the issues immediately with no questions asked. I would highly recommend using them for any renovation projects and we were completely satisfied and will be returning when he renovate our kitchen.

The first time I’ve ever experienced someone down selling me on a product to save me money against what I intended to buy. If you like the generic assembly line like service go to Home Depot. If you want to spend your money with a company that is actually concerned with the end result. Go to Brooklyn Tile and Design. I will never buy from anyone else when it comes to bathroom and kitchen remodeling. They also carry products you will not find in everyone else’s house.

Carlo and his team were phenomenal! From the design aspect to the delivery of the product, everything was smooth from start to finish. The suggestions he made were great and always gave us the pros and cons of each product/color we were choosing so we could make an educated decision. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication are qualities that are so hard to find, but such a breath of fresh air. Our floor, kitchen, and fireplace look absolutely stunning! Worked with Carlo on our kitchen. He was referred to us by a friend. Even though he had to come to Westchester for this job he was really involved. He showed us a few 3D renderings and went over our options and provided professional suggestions which really helped (cabinet type and style, pantry size, backsplash etc.). He even asked about our contractor who was doing the install to make sure they did it right and understood the plans and see if they had any questions or concerns. He was very thorough. This is their second store, with their main store and warehouse in Brooklyn. The selection for cabinets as well as countertops are all truly great but the tile brands and selection is great. There is everything here from aff6rable to high end tile, something for everybody. Found parking in front of the store too!
