Very disappointed on my results, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I do Not recommend, don't waste your time and money!

I decided to remove my old grey tattoo on my face with Mike. After tattoo removal treatment the ink turned yellow and some of the grey ink shifted to other place. Mike handled this problem unprofessionally and refused to fix aftertreatment issue that he created. He told me that he does not know how to fix this problem! He referred to call dermatologist that he knows to look at it. I contacted His referred dermatologist, the office representative told me that "they have nothing to do with Mike". AVOD this person, he has minimum knowledge how to remove tattoos!
