We got 3 Limos for my son's wedding day and it all went nice and smooth. They picked up at two locations in NYC where they picked up all his friends and the final drop off was at Terrace on The Park in Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, NYC. The day of the wedding was on a busy Friday when the Rangers game was in Manhattan. They dropped them off on time and it all went well besides all the traffic in the big apple city. We took a lot of pictures and nice vids and couldn't have asked for a better transportation experience at all. Thank you for your business and I will come back to you if i need a limo in the future. I do not recommend this company, very bad service, they do not arrive at the time requested and then they become demanding if you have a balance, if you do not pay they will not take you and they will not move and if you are unlucky enough that it is raining they will not open the doors for you. When they come inside, they leave you outside and when you come back to do the extra hour you do, you go around until they complete the hour, seeming like you're not going to pay them, and they come out with "ho, sorry, I was confused, very bad service, not at all recommendable. Very bad service, it arrived very late and it was not the party bus we ordered, it was a very dirty disappointment, the very rude driver did not take us to the address we asked for, she wandered around to make the extra hour, we arrived very late to the salon

I called Sunday morning for Sunday afternoon pick up. Alex made sure we got what we needed. I even drive he nuts with time change and he stayed calm and professional. The price he quoted was the price charged. Would highly recommend them.

I rented a sprinter van for a birthday outing they send me a stretch limo the day of talking about the van broke down but never informed me.that was very unprofessional plus they didn't take anything off my price. So be careful when renting from this 3rd party company it could be a rip off.
