Brooklyn Liquors reviews
19 Great price pay attention when you pay.
I bought 2 cheap wine and an expensive one and for 3 times they charged me for 2 expensive and a cheap one
Zero stars! Very rood and racist cashiers. She hates white people and trying humiliate if you are not Spanish. It’s my SECOND time AWFUL experience. Never again. I hope management take attention to this very rude and racist cashier and throw her out. I didn’t buy three bottles of wine because of her. It’s a lot fish in the sea not only your store.
The employees don't really help customers for they're to concerned about people stealing
Limited selection but great prices all that is there. Wine selection not as good as it used to be. New buyer? Overall good deals
Great Liquor prices. Best prices I have seen in Brooklyn. 1/2 gallon Ketel one for $34. Most places charge $50. Large selection at discounted prices
Great selection 85% top shelf and they always have the best prices. Located in industry city adjacent to Costco wholesalers.
Great prices and if your looking for those hard to find exotic wine & spirits this is the place to go
Great People, Especially Calvin & Raymond, Julio & Gilbert, They know Everything about the products plus, The Prices are FANTASTIC ️
Braved the weekend parking lot traffic and it was worth the effort. Decent selection of liquors. I found what I was looking for very quickly and it was reasonably priced.
Vast variety and good prices. Mostly liquor bottles are 1.75 litre. Adjacent to Costco and to buy liquor from here you don't need Costco membership. Do carry your own bag, they don't provide carry bags. They offer tasting also on weekends.
If you're about to do some 'real drinking' this is the place to stop by with a vehicle. The 39th St exit from the 'Gowanus Expressway' (South) drops you right at it (its the I-278, also know as the BQE or even 'the Belt' to some because it is all the same highway) ; this is reason enough but the prices are the best in the city.the best I've seen in NYC. Going North and stopping there is a little trickier but 'do-able. ' There are no small bottles at all here but you can buy big bottles.and cases.no problem.they hook you up and give an even bigger discount for a case. For purchases $215 (approx) and over.they will deliver it to you (no need to go there at all, even, just call). The selection is complete here (even wines) and they have 'tastings' set up at once a week (sometimes more, I think, sometimes less maybe) but I see them with tables handing out free alcohol (like Costco gives out food samples at stations) almost every time I'm in there during weekday business hours. Its worth visiting to check out, its a little impressive (and beer is in the Costco next door by the case). The thing about this place is it is in 'the area' of beverage distributors. 'keg purchase/rental' is right up the block on 3rd ave.and awesome deals on cases of 'Sam Smith' organic were found by me on 4th and 36th (approx). It is 'Industry City' too.a 'newly hot' area in Brooklyn.another draw and reason to go down there.
Friendly staff, popular brands, steep discounts, and sometimes a rare item. Tastings, and great service. Costco members bring in their big carts so remember to get behind the rope and bring your own tote.
Great prices and great staff. And tastings every weekend and occasionally during the week. Sometimes you get giveaways with the tastings.
They have great prices and variety. I wish they did more tastings as the last one they did had me try something totally new and I liked it
Nice service and good prices but poor poor selection on spirits. Literally one shelf of bourbon and one of scotch. Store is also really small, didn’t give that impression when I saw photos.
Decent selection at very reasonable prices. The staff is great at helping customers find what the are shopping for. Please note that you will need valid ID when completing your purchase at the registers. Arrive early when shopping for holidays as the live gets very long and they do run out of popular products. Lastly, this place is attached to the Costco Warehouse but is not an affiliated company.
I went here for the first time. I bought afavorite wine i bought from another store months ago, same wine, same year. Only this time the wine tasted vinegary. I couldn’t return it since it was opened. But feeling not confident with their wine handling, i tried to return a different wine i bought that was not open. But they don’t give refunds, they would only exchange within 7 days. For a $20 wine, they lost a customer for life.
Met Chris, who was entertaining us with the background of how this type of tequila is made. He'll be here until 19: 00 and all day Sunday if you'd like a tasting and history. This place has a decent savings on big ticketed items.
Great customer service amazing selections on wines and liquor & amazing prices! Some days they have tasting on products
