SPOTTED LANTERNFLY CENTRAL. This building seems to attract them. Itms a graveyard around the building.

I have represented several buyers in the purchase of their condos in this development. The doorman, sales team and everyone who maintains the amenities are excellent. Top notch in service, quality and knowledge.

Really bad place the friend of the manager did hit me in the face. Really dangerous place a lot of drunk people without education!

Great apartments, top of the line amenities, and one if the best views of new york city skyline

Horrible sales department. I've been trying to see the unit for a month. Arrogant attitude

Beautiful building and all of the condo bronze finishes are spectacularly pretty accents in the apartments!

Disgustingly overpriced. Gentrified. Congrats on killing the neighborhood! Terrible idea of wealth. And to top it off this company will go bankrupt soon. (Hopefully)

The front desk who takes the phone call sounds very salty and talks in a weird tone that left me a bad impression of the building

Exceptionally beautiful interiors especially with the rose gold metallic touches. Neighborhood is lively and slightly crowded, but being in the building is a totally different atmosphere.
