The workers take excellent care of you as soon as you walk in the center. I had to return 2 large computer monitors to my job and all went so smoothly.

This place is great. The staff is very competent and professional and efficient. In addition to handling my occasional shipping needs, the programs for my wedding got lost in the mail and they were able to get them nicely printed and staple bound quickly at the last minute and they looked great. There are a lot of lousy copy/shipping centers in Brooklyn, but this one is not.

This place is outstanding. Excellent customer service, no nonsense shipping and deliveries, works with all major postal carriers. Honestly if this place ever went away I don’t know how I would send a package

I have nothing but praise for Suhaib and his team at Brooklyn Postal. They are friendly and they are helpful. I setup an account with them to receive packages after several packages were stolen from my front step. Since then they have become my go to for sending and receiving all sorts of mail and packages.

In April of 2020 my parents passed away. I needed to ship a drawing my mother made to my uncle (her brother). I brought the bare framed drawing to Brooklyn Postal. They ask me, "Would you like to insure this? " I say, "I don't know. It is hard to put a value on this. " I explained that my parents had recently passed away and I was sending my mothers art to my uncle. The gentleman said, "I understand. We will take care of this for you. "

When my uncle called me to let me know he received the package. The first thing he said was, "We received the package. It was packed really well. "

Did a click and ship usps for a priority on a Friday for delivery on Saturday. Apparently it was after the post office had already picked up and the store was closed Saturday so they charged me $1 drop off fee and the package sat there all weekend and wont be delivered until Tuesday.

If they told me that I had missed the PU, I could have found another option to get the package there on time.

They were very easy and efficient to work with. I needed architect sized prints and I emailed them the file. They emailed me back once they were printed and I went to pick them up. The price was good at $4.50 a print.

Copy Cottage is amazing! I’ve gotten 3 prints enlarged from Copy Cottage. The owner Suhaib is very knowledgeable of what will work and what will not. Turn around time is fast and price is reasonable. Will defiantly be back with any of my printing needs!

They charged me $ 130 for the same service that in another place 5 minutes walk is worth $ 50!
The first time I went, I requested a shipment by UPS with a declared value of $ 3,000, they charged me $ 121.
The second time I went to make a similar shipment in weight and size, in fact, it was a little lighter, but the declared value was half $ 1,500, they wanted to charge me more than the previous shipment $ 130! So I was surprised and asked him in a good way, to give me an explanation.
The employee started acting nervous and told me that it was what appeared on the computer.
He tried to attend a client who arrived while he was attending to me, so between the confusion that I had for the price difference and the lousy attention I was receiving, I decided to cancel the order and go to another place 5 minutes walking, where for the same UPS service, declaring the same value as 5 minutes before, they charged me $ 50.
I do not recommend this place at all!

Very kind and considerate establishment. I have been going here for years for a multitude of jobs that required printing. Each time the work was done properly and without any issues

One of the last of a dying breed. I find their staff friendly and helpful. I'm glad they're still around!
