Granted the building is clean, one of the parking attendants is particularly nasty. He created an incident out of almost nowhere and has been very unfriendly borderline nasty since the first time I saw him. His name is Abder. Zero class, zero customer service. I would love to speak to his boss if not the owner of the building himself and tell my awful experience. He is not friendly at all and never offers to take my car. Ernesto and Justin are the best of all.

Be prepared, most of the people that use this building never wear masks. I reccomend avoiding this place or only entering with N95/KN95 and vaccination.

I came visiting 2 weeks ago and was totally shocked majority of people perhaps employees do NOT wear face mask. May I reminded them we are still in a pandemic. All personnel comes through the lobby must wear face mask, especially, there is a store serve breakfast in the lobby. Thumbs down to building mgmt for NOT enforcing face covering.

Can’t go better than this. BEAUTIFUL building the second you’ll walk in you’ll feel as if you’re in a luxury Manhattan building, extremely well maintained, 3 Shuls with minyanim, excellent location, wonderful people, a true pleasure to work here!

Nice commercial space, but it's sometimes a bit tricky for guests to find there destination.

Very cool up and coming office building. Over half a million square feet of space. Met the owner and he was very helpful showing us around and the potential for the new spaces being built out.

Beautiful office building in the heart of borough park. Gorgeous views! And a beautiful fish tank on the first floor.

This is a Nice building with modern looking hallways. Its five star, with a few elevators to get you down faster. There is a food place in the lobby to eat in or take out. The building is Always being maintained and its clean. There is a friendly door man to greet you. There is also parking for a fee.

When you enter this building you are transformed into a luxury Manhattan like office building with all the amenities and more. There is even a rooftop deck that has the most incredible 360 degree view. If you need to rent office space in Brooklyn this is a very convenient location close to everything.
