Wine Bar Brookvin reviews
18On a cool October night, nothing beats a quiet patio, an excellent glass of wine, and an assortment of cheese.
I really enjoy this place. Relaxed atmosphere and good happy hour. Alex, the bartender is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Recommend!
Stumbled on this gem! Great selection of wine reasonably priced. Enjoyed the selection of cured meats and cheese. The ambiance was absolutely amazing cozy warm inviting and a beautiful back yard. But what really is impressive is the staff, friendly kind and knowledgeable had a really great conversation and looking forward to my next visit! Thanks for everything guys!
Definitely my favorite wine bar in NYC. Good selection of wines and the cheese plate is awesome.
Good service and friendly staff! The appetizer I got was just to accompany the wine I stopped in for…the liver was dry and needed some seasoning.
We had some great experiences at this place early on, but at our last visit in the summer of 2021 the Mac and cheese we ordered arrived frozen in the middle and we haven't been back since. Would love to come back again though to give it another try some day when we were only in the mood for drinks.
Travelling from AU to Brooklyn, made this our local. Great vibe, several different spaces, friendly and attentive staff. Relaxed atmosphere with great food on the menu.
Love the backyard. Food is perfect if you want a charcuterie experience. Have enjoyed every wine I have tried there and can’t beat the atmosphere!
Fun vibe, pretty laid back. For a wine bar, this isnt that much of a selection of wine by the glass, I was a little disappointed there, considering other wine bars have a significantly more expansive wine list to choose from (by the glass)
My partner and I spent our new years celebrations at Brookvin and we had the most wonderful experience. The jazz trio was truly marvellous and created a very joyful and relaxed atmosphere. Brian and his staff offered exceptional customer service and always made sure our glasses were full. The canapes on offer were delicious and we had our best new years experience yet. We wish we didn't live in Australia and could have evey new year at this venue. Thank you for having us
Make a reservation to ensure a lovely time. Celebrated a friends birthday there- the small plates are delicious- try them all.
This is a great spot for a romantic evening or post work drinks. Everything is top notch. The backyard is lovely in the warm weather too.
Wonderful cozy place to hang out and have a glass (or few) of good wine. Very pleasant ambiance and good selection of cheese
Great little spot with a very nice selection of wines & craft cocktails. Knowledge and friendly staff. Most by-the-glass prices are ~$12-13. Patio in back.: Saratoga 75
Great spot to hang out on a Saturday afternoon! Good food wine and great staff! Very relaxed place
This was my first visit and I only had a glass of red wine but I'm still recommending this place. They have a great, diverse wine list (as you'd expect) - wonderful selections across all price ranges. I had an inexpensive Portuguese wine which was really lovely. Service was fantastic. I'm looking forward to returning.
Server was fantastic, i beleive his name was James? But yhe wines are "eh" very fruit forward wine for a beginner palate.with yhe best wineshop in town accross the street (slope cellars) I would recommend the owner to stop in and talk to Alejandra and Marco.let them order them some incredible cost effective wines. Also the cheese selection (guys we're not 20 and just discovering food) give me some funk. Mustard on your serrano? Why? Maybe you think your clientele are food and wine illiterate. I assure you we can handle some older bolder wines. But our server was incredible
