3VERY negative experience. Customer Service does not exist. They SEALED our countertop with adhesive from a label still on it! They mismeasured around my sink & did not clean/buff our stone well. Save yourself grief and go elsewhere
Not honest people. I can’t even describe the horror we went thru. Not on the up and up- shady. Look for someone else.
This establishment was recommended by a smaller store. Went into store and selected countertop that we liked. After a lot of reaching out countertop was finally delivered and installed by Elmer. Sink shape that we chose and paid extra $150 for was not provided. Elmer agreed to keep $150 difference to be used towards counter top we wanted for breakfast counter. Someone came out to measure breakfast counter and we have not heard a word from company 3 weeks later. Calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered and ignored. Customer service does not exist to this company.
