Bruegger's Bagels, Rochester NY

Staff was friendly and working fast. There is no military discount but there is a senior discount. The bagels were great, looks like they bake them right there. Many different bagel sandwich selections, even customizable, but they didn’t have all of the toppings that the menu board said they have. Prices were very reasonable.

The two girls working are extremely rude and clearly do not want to work. Didn’t get my order right and were rushing my the whole time. I will just stick to the location on Monroe

Literally the worst service I’ve had, and its a bagel place. Stared at me for 10 minutes before asking my order. Everyone was rude, joyless, and generally no good.

I initially gave a lot lower review, however it was nice that Bruegger's reached out to me, shows that they care about there customers, which is rare, so I've changed my review.

I love Bruegger's, but the parking lot here needs HELP! Narrow and potholes everywhere!

Pretty good breakfast sandwiches. Great bagels. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about either.

It's a bit hit or miss. Sometimes you say something very clearly and the person with ear buds in just didn't care / didn't hear you or everything is correct without fuss. You'll start to learn who's who, but it's not like you can change the person taking your order.

Slow service took 25 minutes from the time we walked in until our order was completed. Steadily busy for a Saturday morning at 9AM. They are mismanaged or understaffed.

Nice fresh bagels! Highly recommend the pastrami, egg and swiss on pumpernickel bagel. Great services
