Great Location for Walking To Everything Needed. Nice Neighbors. Places are Very Nice. My Son and his Friend lived here while going to JBC. I’ve Been There Many Times and Always Found it to be Plowed In Winter and Well Maintained Year Round. They Were Very Happy and Had No Problems While living there.

This place looks absolutely beautiful on the inside, but the walls are very thin, and can hear your neighbors just talking through them. The apartments are very small. When the workers mow the grass, they always cut the grass towards vehicles so the grass gets all over them. Many tenants won’t have there dog on a leash, even though it says they must be in the lease. This has been addressed to landlord and they do not address the matter what so ever.

This has to be the best rental property i have had to experience. Shane and Jennifer are up to date on the maintenance and up keep of the property. Since they became the new owners, they have made tremendous up dates. Everything from lawn care and shoveling the walks and major updates inside the housing have been done in a appropriate timing. They are very easy to get a hold of and very prompt when something is needed. Shane and Jennifer are by far the best landlords anyone can have. They are very understanding and will work with you to make sure things are done accordingly within the premises. They are only a phone call away whenever you need them. I highly recommend them and a great community to live. Close to shopping/mall/ and bus line. I give them a 5 STAR!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Renting from Bryerwood was a last resort as there were not any affordable apartments available at the time. Other reviews state these are comfortable and the new renovations are great. That is a joke. This place is mediocre at best. All they did was slap some paint on the walls and kitchen cabinets, laid cheap vinyl flooring, poorly repainted the tub, and added cheap fixtures, among many other serious flaws, such as electrical code violations! We reported the landlords to code enforcement and had an officer assess our apartment for safety. Something a tenant should not have to do, but we almost had a fire in our apartment the 1st night we moved in due to improper electrical grounding. I am sure they will be hearing from them soon! The apartments are TINY, not worth $600/month. The landlords are nothing more than slumlords. The maintenance is a joke. If you put a request in through their app, they will not respond to the request, but will however change the status to completed. Yes, they subcontract a company to do the lawn work and plow the snow.but they need to actually hire companies that come plow and shovel when needed, so people can get out of their apartments without slipping and falling, and be able to get into their vehicles. That’s another thing. Parking is non-existent. You are better off parking the next street over and walking because there is legitimately never any parking. Oh, but you would not want to walk that far, because it’s not safe. But if you do find a spot, plan of having your vehicles dinged and scratched by other tenants This complex is far from safe. There have been serious fights related to drugs, among other things, where police have been on site MULTIPLE times and the landlords simply do not care. They will respond to this and say I am a disgruntled tenant, and go on about how they do everything they are supposed to, but let me be clear. They lie to your face. Actually no, they lie to you over the phone because they are never on site. They have multiple properties and don’t take the time to be here. Just do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dump! Especially if you have kids.not a safe neighborhood!

Always responsive to my needs.
Excellent job shoveling, plowing, and salting driveways, sidewalks, and steps in winter.
I would recommend Bryerwood to anyone!
