I had a great experience dealing with Alex from Bsaunas USA. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and most importantly reachable when you need to get in touch with him. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them patiently and also gave me great tips for the installation. Delivery was quick without any issues. The website is very well designed with lots of functionalities and the sauna pricing was very reasonable and fair.

Bsauna made us the most beautiful barrel outdoor sauna with a bubble window! This allows us to see our lake views even better. The guys were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and used another company for an indoor sauna 2 years prior that did not go well. Wish I had found Bsauna sooner!

It has been a pleasure working with Alex from the very inception of deciding to acquire a sauna though delivery of a completed project and even questions/consultations/support after the purchase. I want say how much I appreciate the hard work of the staff at Bsaunas. They installed a new wood stove and replaced the old wood in my sauna. They provided expert advice and accommodated my schedule to begin their work. The price did end up being higher than expected but I had no regrets after seeing the superior craftsmanship of this company. They were highly professional while working at my home for 3 days. Some days even late into the evening to ensure the work was done well. They answered my many questions to full satisfaction. Any changes they recommended and we proceeded with were executed perfectly. I waited 7 months to leave this review so that I could ensure all work was done well and no issues arose after the construction. During that 7 months, not only were there no issues but I immensely enjoyed by new sauna. I wish Bsaunas nothing but success and hope they keep up their superior service. Just a few weeks ago we finally got our sauna from bsaunas! Super excited! As we were told it's the first sauna of that size that came from a new supplier in Estonia. We ordered it in the beginning of summer and 3 and a half months later guys from bsaunas came to us and installed it in two days! We really like the design, big round window facing a pond is definitely the main accent of it, and it's also a very convenient feature.you can enjoy picturesque views of the pond while having a cup of tea in the chill room. We tried it a few times already, steam is the best, it takes less than an hour to be ready for use. The only thing I don't like is that sauna is located at a vacation spot and we can't use it every day lol!

After some waiting (due to shipping) I received my sauna. I could not be more pleased with the quality of all the wood & equipment. I did have a contractor build the sauna for me and it went very smooth. Alex was there EVERY step of the way to answer any questions and we had plenty! I choose to go with the square economy plus white cedar sauna and the hive mini 9kw heater with Wi-Fi. After I had an electrician come set up the heater (today) I was finally ready to try it out. WOW! Blew past any and all expectations. This thing gets HOT. I wanted a sauna that could create a lot of steam and boy did it deliver. I can’t say enough about the level of service I received from Alex. Anytime of day he answered my calls/texts and went above and beyond. Needless to say I highly recommend Bsaunas USA.

Great place to buy your your Barrel sauna all the accessories and cedar wood for sauna. Alex and his team are very knowledgeable and an expert in this field. They helped us with design and material to build our sauna in Adirondacks. We were able to purchase all the cedar wood stove and accessories and built this amazing Sauna @tbrothereno @independence_river_lodge

A few details to build more confidence in those who are still in the research phase. My husband and I have been wanting to install/build sauna for years. It was our dream since we came to US from Lithuania in 2000. Back in Lithuania it was a weekly routine - steamy hot banya, birch and oak veniki massage/therapy, eucalyptus filled inhalation and cold icy water or snow to cool the mind and body. We missed it badly. This year in one of the family gatherings I learned about a local home owner that used BsaunasUSA services and was already happily enjoying his sauna/banya. It did not take me long to find them online and start the process. After reviewing options/ add ons and ordering process I had in my head some sort of expectations and vision. But only after I called and spoke with Alex I understood what I want and what I need. Alex is a 100% banya expert - knowledgeable, passionate, patient, professional and nice to deal with. I called him many more times because I had many small and sometimes silly questions as I was waiting for sauna to arrive. I will say I was excited but also nervous. Those who had any home improvement project know that something just has to go wrong. This time things went the way I was explained they would. Alex set very clear expectations as to when it will arrive, how long will it take to build it, what to expect the very first time we get the fire going and etc. I asked a lot of questions, he answered all of them and more. He advised, shared his personal experience, provided options and helped us with decision making. Banya arrived from up state New York to Massachusetts as promised. His installers Konstantin and Timofey were great – very hardworking, experienced, professional, neat, respectful and a pleasure to be around. They built the banya in 2 days as planned, educated us on many tiny nuances, shared their experiences and left a beautiful banya in the backyard ready for us to enjoy. A few days later we received a call from Alex who inquired about our first session and was making sure the banya worked as expected. I highly recommend this crew because of the quality of the product, quality of services and high caliber of people!

Thinking good customer service is a lost art? I can say that it is alive and well with Alex and everyone at Bsaunas. Alex wanted to know every detail about my project and was able to make cost saving suggestions as my plan included a tile feature (an idea I stole from him!) which cut down the amount of siding I’d need from his standard 5x7 kit. I also wanted floating benches and as a weekend, semi-handy diy guy, I wasn’t confident in my carpentry skills to pull that off. Alex walked me through his design, two or three times, and I was able to build rock solid, beautiful floating benches. Why can’t all businesses be like this? !

Strange place. Promised a lot - delivers nothing. Spoke with sales person who suppose to follow up with a quote + shipping. Never heard back.
