Bubble Laundromat, Queens NY

This laundromat use to be clean and well taken care off. I would prefer not to come here anymore if I didn’t have to. It’s dirty and disgusting. I’ve encountered roaches crawling around on many occasions here. They would be crawling on the waiting chairs! And coming from the machines. You can tell they don’t really do much. Definitely not what it use to be. Machines are start to rust and has mildew in the drain.

Mostly ok, my clothes get pretty clean and I like the staff. But the business isn’t true to its hours, they are supposed to be open 24 hours on the weekend but they aren’t, with absolutely no explanation as to why posted anywhere.
Also, no hours are posted anywhere except for the bold “open 24 hours” sign on “Fri, Sat, Sun” which obviously isn’t true.

Ever since they got new management it is just going really down hill. This place used to be great under the old manager. Everything people have complained about here is absolutely true. I do know that a lot of families do come with their kids, and there are always kids running wild. That's not on the employees. It really has gotten bad. They run all over outside as well. Everything else has definitely happened ever since the new management took over. The free wash every few washes, too, is a scam. You STILL have to put money on the card in order to even get the free wash. So you're still paying for a wash. And it's expensive.

This laundromat sets the example of unsanitary conditions!

-A/C is never on
-Washing Machines are never cleaned
-Roaches found inside of washers
-Floors never swept or mopped
-Folding counters covered in dust and grime
-Children permitted to run freely cause mayhem

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY at all cost!

Clean facility with many large machines. Handy to use electronic cards rather than quarters. Also a clean restroom, supplies, by the pound, one day, laundering.

This placa smell like mold. All the wasters have mold on the doors. Look at the pictures.would not wash any baby stuff here.

Great place for drop-off wash-and-fold. Good, friendly service, quick turn around, and good at following special instructions. Highly recommended.

Relatively clean laundromat and VERY welcoming. I'm only giving this 4 stars because of the price. $2.25 for a small load? You could seriously just go to Neighbors Laundry up a few blocks and just pay $1.75! And that's for the same load, and same quality of washing.

New clean and not super crowded. I never have to fight for washer and no one has ever thrown my stuff out of the machine if I didn't get there on time to pick it up.
