SCAMMERS. AVOID. My first visit was alright, sold some jewelry and received a fair price. Second time - a large white man came outside and gave me half the price I received the first visit, while visibly lying to me about how he did not actually buy jewelry at this location, clearly taking advantage of me because of my race! As a black person I am absolutely horrified! DO NOT GO HERE!

Just went there for the first time to see if they can add a link to my watch. Chris was so helpful from the minute I called the the minute I walked out.he even went the extra mile to polish my link so it looked just as good as my watch.its the paying attention to detail that left me impressed.thank you for everything brother definitely comming back

I had the most wonderful experience at budget by and sell, they were the most kind, helpful humans on the planet. They were not pushy to buy anything out of their cases they really had you in mind and what you wanted. Everything was about you and what works for you and your budget needs. I have trust the staff here for over five year, because they are honest and fair. They have a very good selection and the employees know their merchandise.

Very rude. Went in here a few times to look at guns and didn't seem like they were very interested in selling them so I walked out, drive up the road to medford and bought them there.

Jimmy and the boys are the absolute best. I made my first purchase in 1996 and I have never bought from another jewelry since. You feel comfortable and are treated right as soon as you walk through the door. They are truly the best at what they do.
