We are Pita gourmet in the Fashion Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls, New York. We have been using Buffalo Biodiesel since we knew they existed. We like that our grease is being recycled and as long as you call for a pick up at their recommended time frame, when you’re 80% full, you’ll never have an issue. They come in a timely fashion and we don’t have to worry about a thing. No complaints here!

5 star reviews are from companies using Buffalo that were giving incentive to give them good ratings. We have been waiting for payment since October 2022 and have contacted company with no response. Now the Contact Me area on their web page is no longer working. This isn't the first time we haven't received payment and had to pester them. Our last delivery in October the driver moved items on our property which were in their way and left huge oil messes all over the property.

All the good reviews are clearly paid for. In the first sentence, they all say their name and where they are from like they were directed to do so. This company is trash. I’ve been asking them to come pick up an old abandoned oil tank for months and they refuse to do it.

5 star rating is well deserved. I had Buffalo Biodiesel pick up old deep fryer oil at my restaurant 408 Fresh Market Grille in Landing NJ. My rep was very friendly and got me set up with a large waste oil container right away. Water ran off my roof and filled the container 3/4 of the way up. They were there the next day to pump the water out. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

They supply the storage vessel and all you have to do is call when they are full. They come within a couple days to empty the containers. Plus you get paid for the waste.
They save me a ton of time on disposal of used fryer oil waste.

We use Buffalo biodiesel @ Tacos Barra Jalisco in Miamisburg, Ohio. They always respect our staff and answer any questions our managers or we have. Any time we need help or have questions if the people picking up don’t have an answer they have someone in office call us and let us know what’s going on.

My business has been with buffalo bio for many years. I have no complaints about their service.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for weeks to have them removed an oil tank and get no answer. I send them an email with the request they need and still no answer

One of Buffalo Biodiesel's box truck drivers smashed into my parked car in Cincinnati doing extensive damage. The Buffalo Biodiesel driver pleaded with me not to call the police because he would then be subjected to a drug test. A police report was filled but the driver gave wrong insurance. When Buffalo Biodiesel was contacted multiple times, they would not not offer their insurance and I eventually had to run the claim through my insurance. I've never done business with them, but from my experience I'm sure they lack integrity.

We have a restaurant Top Hat Motel in Carmichaels, PA they pick up our old fryer oil for recycling. Great customer service always willing to help if you call or need assistance. I highly recommend them if you need oil recycled!

This is the worst company i have ever had a service with! They do not care at all about customer service or being professional. I pulled all 3 of our company's accounts and went to a much better company. Do not waste your precious time dealing with these lowlifes!

I run Wood's Food Center in Hopedale, Ohio. We have a pressure fryer in our deli, mostly for fried chicken & jo-jo potatoes. We were having a local guy pickup the used oil and having problems getting them to come. I called Buffalo Biodiesel from a card one of their sales team had left and they came out and assessed our needs and then came back with the barrels needed to dump our used oil in and even took care of our overflowing barrels from the other guy. Anytime we have called them they have came within days. We are paid for the oil whereas we were giving away to the other guy just to get rid of it. I would recommend Buffalo Biodiesel to anyone in need of recycling used cooking oil.
