I dropped off a script for a piece of equipment for my great grandmother and was told it would take just a couple days. Then they called her said her item was ready and I went a couple days later because of my schedule and they where out of stock. I was told they could deliver for me, and it was at least a week almost 2 after the fact. Called on the day it was delivered and was told the deliverer was in a different area and would be by after. No one showed up and still waiting. Not pleased or satisfied with the services at all.

Thank you for helping my dad while he was visiting my sister in North Carolina. You all are the best!

My machine died on the weekend and I called Monday morning for help. I was given Becky, one of the nicest people I ever met. Couldn’t be happy with the service and her attitude. She went above and beyond to help me, a person she never met. I can’t say enough, she was awesome! Thank you Buffalo Capp and especially Becky! Thank you, Jeffrey Shields.

We have been trying for two years to get the correct equipment for my husband. Every time we contact them, we are assured they will fix it, every time they send the same wrong items. Returning is also an incredible hassle. I wouldn't recommend, go literally anywhere else.

Very upset I visited this store and they told me they should have supplies for my cpap in their warehouse so I spoke to a man named John he stated to me I could switch suppliers and transfer over to Buffalo CPAP since it is close and convenient. I went to my doctor received the required paperwork and BAM! They don't take my health insurance! They could have told me this to begin with instead of giving me the run around. Not very happy they wasted my time.
