Always very friendly staff. Very clean Dentistry. If you have a fear going to the dentist this is the place you will want to go. They always make sure you feel very comfortable, very kind. They really do care. Prices are very reasonable too! Plenty of parking.

Called when I was having extreme pain with a tooth. They had me setup as a new patient in the chair getting a root canal and cleaning within just a few days! Amazing staff and environment! These people take pride in what they do! Dr. Jammal is always upbeat, and friendly.

Im absolutely no fan of the Dentist due to past visits at other Dentist offices, but here Its like you just want to hangout the vibes are so good. For once I truly believe I found my lifelong dental office and am looking forward to future visits. Thanks again TEAM for taking such prompt action in helping take care of my teeth.

Buffalo General Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Daniel Jammal does incredible dental work and makes you feel so comfortable, especially if you’re someone that is not a fan of dentist in general. I can’t say enough about the staff everyone is so personable and amazing. I highly recommend if someone is looking for a new dentist to go to Buffalo General Dentistry. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr Jammal and his team are five star - from the check in process through treatment I felt at ease and taken care of. With high tech tools he could thoroughly explain what was causing my discomfort and together we came up with a treatment plan I was comfortable with. I highly recommend Dr Jammal and his team.

I came to Buffalo general dentistry a little over a year ago. I was pleased with the Dr until recently. They cancelled my cleaning 2 days before the appointment and now can’t get me in for months! I just called to set up a cleaning and it seems that although I have insurance that covers my cleaning and X-rays, the “office” has decided to make you pay in full out of pocket and have your insurance reimburse me. If I had a couple hundred dollars to spend, I wouldn’t need the insurance in the first place. So now I have establish care somewhere else, bc I should not have to pay for a service that my insurance pays for in the first place. I thought he was a good doctor and compassionate but apparently he is like every other doctor and only cares about money and not the patients pockets! Very upsetting bc I like him and felt comfortable.

Everyone working here from the receptionists to the doctors display the utmost professionalism and kindness. Even at the crack of dawn they are warm and welcoming. Every procedure has been quick and painless. I live downtown and it’s worth the drive.

I’m usually not the type of person who leaves reviews but it’s the least I can do for Dr. Jammal and his team. I was in a situation that felt almost impossible but Dr. Jammal made it happen. He listened, was kind, compassionate, and most importantly he cared. As someone with high dental anxiety and bad past experiences from other offices I was terrified of going to the dentist but everyone at Buffalo General Dentistry was amazing and gave me the absolute best care. I drive over an hour to get to his office and it’s 100% worth it, I really can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Dr. Jammal and team you guys are INCREDIBLE! Buffalo General Dentistry patient for life!

I do not “love” the dentist. With that said, Mary was a pleasure to see when walking into the practice. She was bright, pleasant, and very easy to talk to. I then met Caroline, one of the hygienists, who gave me the most thorough and detailed cleaning. She, too, was very happy, positive, and easy to talk to. I then met Dr. Jammal, who was confident, friendly, and easy going. The entire visit was 5-star! I’m excited to continue my care with Buffalo General Dentistry.

Update 6/17/23 - I unfortunately need to change my review. Although the staff continue to be incredible, the practice has dropped my insurance and I am forced to find another practice. This is wholeheartedly disappointing and, to be completely transparent, very frustrating. This seems to happen at many practices as soon as you’re comfortable. I had even planned significant dental work to be done between this year and next that I am now going to have to build trust with another doctor. The practice manager, Mary, had made a comment to me when I first started that Aetna was one of the better insurances to have for dental. Less than a year later..... Dropped. Very sad story. Very disappointed. I truly loved this practice and am very anxious about finding another dentist I trust.

Update 7/18/23
After speaking with Mary, the Practice Manager, I have been assured to pay what was originally agreed upon for my treatment plan. I am satisfied with this. I do understand why the practice is no longer participating with several insurance companies as being a healthcare provider myself, I know firsthand how they try very hard to dictate the care given. I still don’t appreciate having to pay more out of pocket for my dental care in the future as I continue to have a “bait and switch” feeling. However, I simply can not leave Dr. Jammal or Caroline, RDH. It has taken me years to find such a kind, gentle, SKILLED, and empathetic dental team and I have found all of that in them.

Hygienist was very pleasant and courteous. Did a good job. My only problem was my appointment was for 10 o’clock but was not taken until 10: 30. Which was unusual.

Dr. Jammal and his staff were very welcoming, professional and clearly explained each step of the procedure.

Amazing staff! Caroline, Sally, Ciara, and Dr. Jamaal are the nicest down to earth people! The staff at this establishment make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I hated to leave my previous dentist office, but I'm so glad I found this one! They have exceeded all my expectations and more!
