Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER

It was ok, the only thing I really enjoyed was the bed. It was comfortable. My room service was horrible. I wont be returning here

I started with a negative experience, but the front desk staff were highly professional and took care of everything.

I don't usually write reviews unless something extraordinary or something foul happens. However, I feel compelled to write a review on our fantastic stay. From the managers at front desk to Kim and Gracie in the restaurant our stay was amazing (I rarely use that word). Especially Gracie, such a soft and warm person. The embodiment of kindness. Stay at the Marriott LECOM. Classy hotel, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent property, I was in town for a Motorcycle gathering. I visited 3 other hotels in the area, hands down Haborcenter was tops! I forgot my watch, they were very attentive and imediat with their response. Parking that's another subject.

Wow, beautiful rooms, exceptional service! Whoever does the hiring and training here deserves a promotion. From the front desk staff to the banquet staff to the bartenders, they were so friendly and customer-centric. Kudos!

Best hotel! Stayed here for 2 nights. Service was exceptional and the rooms are really great!

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. I was able to regulate the temperature for our comfort, especially cooler at nite for sleeping. Everyone working there made sure we were satisfied

Great accommodations. Fantastic service by all Front Desk, M Lounge and Panorama Restaurant and Bar staff. This hotel is beautiful and all staff care about everyone's stay. What a great escape. Great views as well from all guest rooms.

Great experience! Room was clean and well maintained. We stayed for a concert and really enjoyed that the Key Bank Center had an entrance from the adjacent parking garage and we didn't have to walk out in the snow to get in.

It was a fantastic stay! The staff was polite and professional. The room was modern with a fantastic view of our beloved Buffalo. The shower! Wow! The only complaint is the bed is much too hard. Everything else was perfect!

On a quiet holiday I was looking for a good place to have breakfast around Buffalo and was lucky to find this place! Service was phenomenal, the views are beautiful, and food was delicious! Prices are reasonable and portions are filling. Keep up the good work.

Unprofessional poorly trained, Which are rude and led by this tiny arrogant manager. They compromise safety and comfort with their laziness. Go anywhere but here. I mean ANYWHERE!

Wish I could give them 10 stars for last night January 10th. From Patrick in valet parking who was upset I paid for parking twice (thank you your the best), the lovely girl in middle check out desk this morning, to the 2 valets who brought us our suv thank you so much for making our concert trip extra special. Your hotel is the only hotel for us now! From my daughter & I thank you for making this week great here is your extra -> Manager should be proud of the staff last night & today

Great service and what's not to like. Beautiful hotel and room was spacious and posh.the view of the lake was spectacular. So much to do with the ice rink, fitness center and lounges.

I always have a great stay here. And the manager there (I think his name is John) is really great. He was accommodating and helpful in resolving dare and rate issues, which is great for big groups. Already have my next stay planned.

Rooms and hotel were great overall. Did not like how you must pay for wifi. Also our TV was not working for a short period of time and we asked someone at the front desk to help. They did not show up and we ended up fixing the issue ourselves

Love it! The hotel staff is super helpful and accommodating. Good restaurants inside the hotel. Tim Hortons coffee and donuts on the ground level. Attached to the sports complex so, no traveling if you are there for a hockey tournament. Nice views of the lake from the hotel room. Lots to see and do right outside of the hotel. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay to park there.

Wow! Marriot — you have gone beyond expections! The check in service was efficient and superb! The rooms are beautiful. The surprise birthday treat in the room is just over the top! Serhan (client service team) you made our day!

I only experienced the use of a conference room. Their staff was extremely cordial and accommodating. The view was amazing and the refreshments provided were great.
