Not only did they fix the original problem, but they gave us notice of what was really going on with our tires (we knew there was A problem, but not WHAT), educated us on proper rims & sizing for our vehicle & did what needed to be done at a reasonable price. My husband and I enjoyed every moment that we were in their shop, & plan to be customers for as long as we live in Buffalo!

A friend got me a really good price on new tires from his past job. However, they had to be ordered and took time to ship. BWT gave me a lower estimate to mount, balance, dispense with the old tires and align them than another place. They made a timely appointment getting me in-and-out before a storm hit. Since we went to lunch, instead of waiting there, I think they interspersed a few other patron's cars. But Dominic was very business-like and they stuck to the job. I was satisfied.
