I am a DoorDash driver and came to this establishment to retrieve an order for one of my customers. Upon, pulling into the lot, I came to a cluster of people waiting by the "take out" door. It seems the name placed on orders, whether via online or in person, were being shouted from the door. One would think there would not be a need to wait amongst the group because after all there should be a system for customers ordering via online (i.e. DoorDash, Grubhub, Seamless, etc.), right? Wrong! Not only was there not a system but when inquiring with an employee who came to the door regarding my customers order, I was told " SIR, you just have to wait. Everybody else here is waiting for their order". Did I mention that viewing from the direct front entrance, there were MULTIPLE orders just waiting to be distributed, with another 20 behind the counter when you enter through the take out area. If this establishment was short staffed, I can certainly understand the madness but the fact that I can view from the direct entrance over 4 employees walking back/forth and another 5 in the kitchen- who clearly were getting the food together and out to the front for packing/distribution, it's completely disheartening.

The fact that NO consideration is taken for the customers who have been waiting for a lengthy time and especially on such a highly busy evening (SUPERBOWL NIGHT), is extremely inconsiderate. It gives the impression that there is no need to prioritize, nor value their customers. It must be mentioned that under skilled and professional management, employees would not be at a lost or show a lack of attentiveness to customers. This clearly is a requirement for employment, not just here but everywhere. After tonight's event, this particular location for Buffalo Wild Wings lacks both managerial guidance and customer service.

The ultimate result was the cancellation of my customers order and my loss on making money. It was nothing short of pure disappointment on both of our parts.

Please do not direct me to your website "Visits and Orders" to provide further feedback because this review should be just enough to show where the lack is and how it can be rectified. I do hope there is, at the very least, some acknowledgement of wrongdoing and is carefully reviewed with am/pm shift teams. If not? I wish the management and employees the best on the longevity of this establishment.

Came here for an early lunch on a Saturday, not terribly busy at all. Was seated right away and the waitress was on point. (Thank you Samantha for your awesome service.) Burgers were great and the wings were perfect. Alot better than surrounding BWWs.
