Buffalo Wild Wings, Queens NY

They have you seat yourselves, order from a QR code, wait 50+ minutes for your food (still get your order wrong) and do not interact with you at all. A poor couple was yelled at for having to get their order for takeout because they were going to miss their flight after waiting for more than 45 minutes and then sitting back down when their flight was delayed. For pretty much a takeout service with minimal interaction and they still want tip? For what? ! This was a horrible dining experience for so much money. Do not waste your time and money here!

Paid $25 for 10 boneless wings that were hard, dry and cold (I could only eat one) and a strawberry lemonade that was not properly mixed. The celery was good though. When I asked for a refund “management” caught an attitude and I was ignored for 30 minutes before finally being told the refund would be on my card. Waste of time and money

The service is not good, you have to beg to be served. The QR Code system at the tables doesn't work and the attendants simply ignore you.

Horrible, I normally eat there but, this time, the chkn was dry, hard and had no texture to it. The worst chkn I've eaten in decades. I've had better at pizza restaurants

Bar area service was awful, the wait to order was long, then bartender had the nerve to be rude, u tend to stop here when traveling, u will rethink this next time

The food was so terrible, the wings seemed to have been from the day before and it was very overpriced, 10 wings, nachos and a beer was $74.

They didn't have buffalo sauce so we ordered Nashville hot. They had a unique taste but they were ok. We ordered carrots n got carrots n celery. We don't eat celery. We paid for ranch and blue cheese dressing. Only got ranch till we asked again. You have to pay and tip before anyone comes to great you. That part should be changed. It was ok overall.

Really busy around 3: 30 PM. Sat myself at the bar. Bartender “Chris” took my order in a timely manner given the number of customers. Ordered a 22 oz blue moon, 10 mango habanero wings (all flats), carrots, celery, ranch, and fries. 22 oz blue moon was $16…. Almost as much as the wings. The food came out quick enough but I didn’t get all flats as requested. All the wings were overcooked and cold, but well sauced. Two were inedible. The rest only about half the wing was edible but dry. Carrots and celery were just sad. The fries were ok, but a bit undercooked and not crispy. For what you pay, you might as well get a 3-hour pass at the Delta Sky Club.

The staff is extremely slow. 45 minutes for an order, huge lines waiting to eat and the cooks dancing reggaeton. It is impossible to do it but, do not add a tip

Menu's are not very clear and the kitchen staff are not looking at the additional notes that are posted when ordering the food

Food preparation took a long time. I found it complicated to purchase just through the app. Lots of noise from the chairs. The attendants were friendly. The buffalo wings should have been better fried

This review covers two recent visits to the JFK restaurant over the course of a month, so not a one-off event, and results were similar at both visits.
Unfortunately, the food was not great. Ordered wings both times, and the servings were generally small in size and dry.
The server on the most recent visit (Justin, I believe) was very friendly but was severely understaffed for the time of day and traffic level. A full house main and 2nd room, 2 staffers (photo included). Didn't see management in support. I generally enjoy the BWW chain, but this site was very disappointing.

They’ve caught some flak in previous posts but for a Saturday night I thought they did pretty well. The waiter warned me it would be a 30 min wait for food but was always checking on me making sure I was ok.
The wings were in fact worth the wait, tried traditional and boneless, spicy garlic and lemon pepper dry rub were my favorites. Caribbean jerk was undercover spicy!

Overall the food was WAY overpriced, but the service was really great. Although not a server in the traditional sense, Charisma was so helpful! Thank you!

The server are extremely rude here. Especially the bartenders, I wish I could’ve rate Zero because of their terrible service and attitudes

When I went in, the person at the door asked me to sit anywhere. Went through a broken door which said ‘out of order’ and sat with a bunch of people having food (half the tables were occupied). A few minutes later a server came and shouted in my ear saying that I went into a closed area of the restaurant and asked me to go to the front area. Apparently ‘out of order’ means ‘area closed’. Won’t be dining there ever again. They need to train their servers to just be, not scream maybe?

My only issue was the ordering process. Being International, it took me a while to log onto the airport wifi, scan the code and order and pay online. Paper menus should be available especially for international passengers.

Very disappointed with the service.
I sat at the bar and the bar tender was very rude and did not even ask if I wanted anything to drink.
After waiting over 40 minutes for the food I ordered I gave up and asked to cancel the order. He got mad about it.
I ran out of time, I couldn’t wait any longer.
Keep in mind an order of 10 wings here will cost you $20
And they don’t list the alcoholic beverages prices.

I never leave bad reviews but this I’m doing it for the sake of others. NEVER VISIT HERE PLEASE. Terrible service — the server dismisses their costumers saying “I’m on the phone. ” Very rude in general. It’s like paying to getting disrespected and have bad food. The buffalo wing taste like vinegar and nothing else. Looking at all the past bad reviews, this place clearly hasn’t geared any of their attention towards improvement.
