Wings were good and there was no wait time. Our server Manny was amazing! He was very attentive, cordial and patient since we were dining with our one year old! Thank you so much!

I have been coming for the past years just because is my closest one at home, but every time i come theres always something wronf ether waiting time, service, or the food. But this time i really got upset i love the fries from here so i decided to order a large one and this is what i got. Very untrained staff in this place.

Service is terrible. Staff has no sense of urgency to serve customers. Waited 20 min for a beer… bartender was rude as well.

The food is good.but they take a long time to serve it. Everything else is fine. The brunette is very attentive

No one at the cashier service section when you enter. Waited for over 5 minutes til someone actually showed up to take my order. The restaurant has only 2 tables already served and yet I waited 20 minutes for dry wings.

I ordered for pick up and when I went to pick up my order there was no one to even greet you at the area where you pick up your order. They charge you $. 99 just for picking up your OWN order. No one came out to ask what was my name until 15 mins later. The other people waiting for their order also has more than 30 mins waiting for their food let’s keep in mind that these orders were place way ahead of time. My order said 4: 30 but I did not get it until after 5pm it is unacceptable especially when no one is communicating with you. This Buffalo Wild Wings is horrible. They lack customer service.

Ordered my food with 2 other tables in the whole spot.it still took my burger 40+ minutes to be made.i had to cancel my order just so i can go get some food from somewhere else.a table who sat down 20 minutes after i ordered somehow got their burgers before i did.smh would not recommend this spot.terrible service 0/10

All the food was late and cold. There were just 2 waiters working and it was just so slow the service. Also no hostess waiting for you at the entrance.

I did a pick up order and they said 20 mins fir the order to be finished got there and waited 40 minutes.don’t come here workers was so unhelpful

My experience here was horrible, the service was extremely slow, it came out wrong on top of that, the food was cold once we received it as if the server just left it to sit there. Then to add insult to injury, we were overcharged and the server lied and said it refunded back to the card. We spoke to a manager who ensured us the issue would be resolved and he never followed up. I would never eat at that location again!

Worst place to go to at. Waited for more then 20 minutes, the place was empty. They didn’t have a host to seat us. I asked for help they said to wait 5 mins which became 20 more minutes. When they sat us on the table had us waiting for like 15 mines then the waitress came with an attitude saying if we wanted to get to food fast we have to scan the menu kind you you had the menu on the table already he left and never came back. We ended up leaving. WORST SERVICE AND STAFF!

Any time I stop at this BWW on 237th, they're always understaffed. The lady at the front who seats you/food pick up has a nasty attitude. Food takes forever & it always arrives cold. I went with my kids yesterday (5/27/23) and there was one waitress attending all tables, poor girl was running the whole time. This BWW is in a good location, it sucks their service is so bad.

Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to. It took 23 minutes to get a side of queso. Have resorted in ordering to go instead of sitting in because of how long it takes to get anything at this location.

The worst chicken wings I've ever tasted in my life, the worst service, the time it takes to bring the food is extremely long, the restaurant being almost empty, imagine if it had been full. I do not recommend this place at all. I don't want to give it any stars. 0 stars

If I could give a 0, I would. Worst experience ever on a THURSDAY night. First of all, waited 10 minutes at the front had to wave down a hostess, then we sat down and left after 20-25 minutes because no one came to take our order even after speaking to a nearby employee. Taina was supposed to be our waitress, she said "give me a second" and passed us multiple times for another 15-20 minutes before deciding we're walking out. Horrible!

I worked in that place and the manager did not want to pay me two weeks of work, he became stupid.

First time going to this restaurant and the wings was horrible. Will not be added buffalo wild wings to my go to place. Service was great our waitress was awesome. My drink tasted better than the food. The fries tasted like McDonald's fries when they get cold and reheated.

This was by far the WORST! Service I have ever experienced. Came here on a Monday at 12pm for lunch, restaurant was empty, only 1 table was fully occupied. Server took 10 minutes to come take our order, 20 minutes for drinks. The food took well over 45 minutes after initially ordering we decided to leave. Noone apologized noone said anything, they just watched us leave while they text and chatted away. Many staff was there yet noone was working Management needs to do better! Todays staff obviously doesn't care for customer service because we were not the only ones who left.
