Dave was fantastic to work with! As a first time home buyer who had crawlspace and foundation issues come up during a home inspection, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Dave came by same day, took great photos to get a look at everything and gave me a quote of how much materials and labor would be to make all the repairs. I felt like I was in great hands with Dave and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Dave was there every step of the way to answer any questions. He was always available and honest and got the job done to best fit our needs and budget. I highly recommend his company.

There’s a good reason this company has 5 stars. The owner Dave is a very nice guy and works with you on what you need and the why behind it. Lots of photos of his prior jobs so he’s not pitching you an idea but rather exactly what he is going to do to fix your basement. His crew did a great job putting in a new support column in my basement and filling in my cracked foundation wall to add some stability for the coming years. Very glad I used him. Will likely do more work when the time comes. I know the pictures don’t look like much, but I assure you their importance can’t be overstated.

As a prospective home buyer, definitely someone you want on your side. Building Structures Unlimited was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The owner Dave performed a structural inspection for me on a home that I was looking to purchase. He provided me with a detailed report in writing as well as pictures and an estimate in total cost of repairs. He then called me to explain in detail all his finding. I can't recommend this company enough, I will definitely be using them in the future as my home search continues.

Dave from Building Structures Unlimited was absolutely great to work with. Sadly our home inspector didn't notice the failing foundation beams on our new home purchase so we called Dave in to make the repairs.

Building Structures Unlimited installed all new columns and re-supported the beams. He also inspected the entire foundation and addressed all the other concerns we had. Dave even followed up days later to make sure we were completely satisfied. Dave is a true professional and I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for foundation work.

Dave, Luis and the crew at Building Structures Unlimited are all awesome. They showed up on time and prepared to do the work. They made sure everything was explained in detail from the initial consultation to a job completed. The Contractors are friendly, professional and clean. I can definitely see the pride in the work they performed, they treated my home like it was their own. The pricing for the work performed (sill plate replacement and joist sistering) was very reasonable. When I received the estimate it made sense and I was not left in shock looking at the price. I highly recommend this company. It was refreshing to deal with professionals.

Great job. Dave was very responsive to my concerns and time restraints. He and the team did an excellent job waterproofing my basement wall and refinishing it with paneling. I was also very pleased with how neat the team was and how well they cleaned up after each phase of the job. Wonderful!

Dave was cert east to coordinate with to set up an appointment! I am in the middle of purchasing a home and he was able to make time to meet the very fast-paced schedule of inspections and approvals! Dave also provided the proposals within less than 24 hours and took time to explain to me what I would be seeing in the proposals while on-site. His pricing is also incredibly reasonable and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dave and the team at BSU are amazing to work with. We discovered a crack in the foundation of our new home and immediately called Dave. They were able to come out to inspect the problem and provide a reasonable quote for repairs the next day. A week later the crack is fixed, which gave us a peace of mind that our home is structurally safe. Highly recommended! Thanks to the entire BSU team.

Had my rear foundation completely redone. Not a single drip of water enters my basement now. Dave and his team did a wonderful job and Dave is a super sweetheart! Highly recommend.

We bought a house which needed a lot of work. Building Structures was
recommended to us & I am forever grateful to Dave for the work he did.
The basement had quite some structural & water damage. 2 of the outside walls were buckling also.
Dave installed a French drain with a pump, enforced the walls & replaced the pillars which are supporting the ceiling. Now we have a solid foundation & a totally dry basement. He checks with us yearly if everythimg is ok.
Building Structures does excellent work & has great customer service.
