4As a potential new customer, I called to inquire if they are able to buff out scratches on a stainless steel watch. The guy on the other end of the phone responded in a very rude and condescending matter (keep in mind I am not a professional watch repairer). Not only were his responses unprofessional, he hung up on me before I was able to ask further questions. I’m glad I won’t be spending my money there.
Amazing service. Affordable and smart. I left my Rolex for a glass repair and they called me before the time frame. I have tried other places in the area before, but this is by far the best.
I took my watch here to replace the watch battery and to replace the missing screws in the back of the case. Mark, the owner was attentive and very knowledgeable about the watch. He pointed out something about my watch, which I did not know before. Very good service and attentiveness to your watch needs.
