First of all everything in the store is one price than when you go to the counter here they come with 2 dollars in tax for food that’s not even all that yesterday I got a cheese burger with fries and honestly a Big Mac from McDonald’s taste better. They overpriced for nothing and they don’t use gloves when make food

Yesterday I was going to get food from bunny’s but as soon as I walked in I realized the people making the food have no gloves on mind you there dealing with all types of food I’m vegan it should be no reason a person is touching my salad with his hamburger hands outta line the most disrespect and they all look dirty stains all over there shirts never coming back again plus one of the girls at the register loves to talk like she’s ready to fight until you check her bunny’s is over rated they need a B again just like how they had a year ago or so

Let me begin by saying the food and most of the staff is 5 stars. There’s one problem, in the morning shift. You call to place an order an the rudest woman takes your order. Good luck! It’s too early to argue over the phone about your order, customer service is at the bottom over the phone here. Don’t believe me, try it. Look at all the low ratings that were posted here and then tell me what they all have in common. She is making this place look bad and lose business.

It's convenient they open up at 6: 00 a.m. In the morning and they close at 11: 00 p.m. During the week I think on the weekends they stay open a little later they have great food whenever you are in a mood for something whatever is your appetite for or which would you would like to have to eat

I have been ordering from here since 2011. They are in my location, prices are good and so is the food most of the time. I usually order late in the day just to avoid the girls that work early because they have a nasty attitude, they talk to you like you're asking for free food. The guys that pick up are super efficient and nice.

What's the purpose of working in a place that requires customer service if you can't make sure a customer receives the food they ordered. Disgusting attitude and immature behavior on the phone.

Business is run quite well, clean with very little wait time for whatever deli food you are ordering from them

Thebfood is good, overly priced but good. Unfortunately there customer service is horrible. They either dont accept a request to add ketchuo to french fries on a delivery, (even if you pay extra)! The nerve! I must say ive had my ups and downs. A 2 star is only because i am big on customer service, the food is good.

The food is good. Breakfast sandwiches and salads. I also have had smoothies from here which are good. Sometimes I am ignored for a little while when I go in, which I don't like.

There food is good. But they take too long with deliveries and the people need some training on how to address their customer and leave there attitude outside the door before they enter work.

Their food is good but service sucksand they be making up there own prices dont follow by the menu also when you ask how much is everything before delivering the order they say" I'll send you the receipt" and hangs up quickly before u answer.like what the heck thats really disrespectful

Everytime time I call the lady is in a bad mood. She is extremely rude! We all have bad days but everyday? Come on if you don't like your job find something else to do. If you don't like working with people find a job that is behind the scenes not picking up phones. It is a food place people are going to call to place orders DUH. Her attitude got me in a bad mood. Gente Amargada!

The food is good, but the customer service on the phone and in person is bad! I guess they feel they don't have to be friendly becuz they still get business. It's defiantly not kool and their prices have been going up.

Good little hole in the wall spot for all your breakfast, lunch and dinner needs.good prices, good portions. Delivery is average, but timely considering how extremely busy they always are. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

The customer service is poor when you call in the morning for deliveries. One of the girls that takes your order is rude. The other girl is not good at communicating. She puts u on hold without saying anything on the phone. Poor over the phone service with that being said. The food isnt all that either. Its ok could be better

Our usual Lunch menu at work is from Bunny Deli. Super fast delivery and they have the best freaking salads you can create with your favorite toppings in the Heights!

Food is decent, service sucks!
Have had so many bad experiences that won't order from them anymore. It is a shame since there are not may places in the area that can make salads to order.
Employees gave bad attitude, when you call and order delivery if they don't understand what you telling them they hang up the phone on you. It is ridiculous already, I have tried to make my orders in Spanish and English and it just doesn't work. The attitude they give you is just way too much.
