They offer an awesome range of fresh food. I like eating here. Employees are always very welcoming, rates are affordable and the place is always well organised.

Long wait for a bland burger. Don't think it was seasoned much, if at all. You are better off going to five guys in my opinion.

Only giving this a 4/5 as it doesn’t do a veggie burger BUT the veggie option, a toasted cheese sandwich with the works is mightily tasty as are the sides and if they have the Union Jack IPA on, as another reviewer said, it goes perfectly with the spicy slaw. The venue is very VERY cool too and it’s inside Parker’s Hotel just behind the curtain with a neon sign. Worth the hype and the staff are friendly and funny characters too.

Good burger and everything else. Very long line all the time. Tiny place. But"everybody looks for something". Right? Great service. It's a part of New York experience.

Hidden place inside the Parker Hotel. It's fun like you have to work for your food. The burgers are greasy and so good. Fries crispy and seasoned. There is usually a line and you have to fight for a table. So fun try it. They accept credit and debit cards.

This is one of the most special burgers in NY. Very well prepared, the place is incredible, great music, simply perfect. A must Gondor burger lovers.

Got in before the lunch rush. Went straight up to the counter, ordered, then grabbed a table. Burgers were ready shortly thereafter and they were delicious.

Honestly.one of my favorite "burger joints" in NYC. Pardon the pun, but it's the truth.it's buried away, nestled in a corner of the hotel lobby. Very tight space inside, but the burgers are truly great, as is the spicy cole slaw! Recommended!

Anthony Bourdain overrated burgery. Hip atmosphere in one of the landmarks of capitalism. (Le Meridien) That’s why people find it attractive and mysterious. Bad customer service.

Go to any of the burger restaurants in Brooklyn instead! Cheaper, original hipster and tastes better.

One of the best burgers I ever had, very high quality meat. I really enjoyed it! Its a pity the place is super crowded:)
