Burger King, Yonkers NY

It's usually really fast. The workers are always polite. They mess up my custom topping on my burger usually. The whole order is ok but if you customize your burgers, then check before you leave

The service was horrible. Not enough employees working and the ones who were there were not nice. The hot food was cold by the time I got it and the frozen drinks were melted. I asked to service new frozen drinks since I waited so long and the guy said I should wait or take it as it is. Never going there again!

It says they open at 6a.m they had the lights on, on the menu I got there exactly at 6a.m this girl was like "welcome to BK how can I help you today? " So I say what I want and then not answer back, so I drive to the window and I was waiting like another 2 minutes at 6: 04a.m this girl came out and said " we're not ready yet, we're not open yet" They should change the open hours at 6: 30a.m or 7a.m and turn the menu lights when they are ready. They make me lose 5 minutes of my time and my son almost miss his bus that take him to N. J.because of the games of this girls.

So I'm standing in line waiting to get served for about 15 minutes there's three women behind the counter not even looking at me a colored woman walk in immediately they went to her and said can I help you so now why would I stay there that was very disrespectful after stopping here for 10 years I will not be stopping here anymore I've never in my life and treated like this people like this should not be working for Burger King

I was sitting at the drive thru line tonight and my girlfriend & I immediately noticed mice walking on the bread trays sitting by the drive thru window. Totally disgusting and unsanitary.

Not a bad location, the price for jalapeño bites are cheaper here than at the Scarsdale and Central Park Ave location. And the jalapeño bites are much cheaper in the bronx!

I’ve lived in Yonkers my whole life and the food here, especially their Signature Whopper always (& I mean always) come to me like warm. I’m expecting a hot meal not something half microwaved!

If are looking for a dining spot on your way back to Manhattan from your house up in the Berkshires, this just might be your cup of tea.

Very good service place was nice and clean as well as the rest room I would recommend this Burger King to all keep up the good service.

Drive thru too slow. For the past couple of times that I’ve visited this Burgee King car stood on stand still for about 5 minutes. No good! Workers are too slow.

This place is a hit or miss. The customer service is alright, although sometimes you can encounter bad service. The food can be really fresh one day and other days not the best. Overall it’s okay, not the best.

I have been coming to this place for a long time but today was the worst she mess up the order and she was mad at me for it then I want to order again but she didn’t want to take my order, she never show up in the register thanks for not letting me spend my money

You can not eat in, now there's dinning in in all other restaurants, so you have to eat in your car and then is not bathroom service nither. Just playing lazy.

Food was not enjoyable and employees are rude! Not to mention the long line! Not an enjoyable experience Do better Burger King

Came through drive, 10: 30ish. Lovely people took my order and checked me out. BK corporation, put the menu in front of the takeaway intercom. And take nasty chicken melts off the far, far away menu

Drive thru is always a bit crowded for me so decided to just walk in. Quick service. Tried the spicy chicken. Not my favorite. But the burgers are what makes burger King. And Friendly staff.

The food today was perfect. Fresh sandwich, hot fries, and nicely carbonated soft drink. The drive-through service was fast and efficient. The girl was very friendly.

Absolutely the worst, they miss up my order, had to drive back again, had to go on line again because they completely ignored me while knocking on the door, very rude.

They have improved immensely! The orders are taken quickly and efficiently. This BK is up and coming! Get a whopper Jr.and a coffee at 6am and get your morning start!
