Burger King, Brooklyn NY

Sure I ate at a gas station burger king I thought the employees would cook there food properly but I guess not I went home ate the bk food I bought and a few hours later non stop diarrhea I can't get a good sleep cause every 15 minutes is bathroom don't get the food here deli counter sandwiches or McDonald's would do

Slow service, they are trying their best but are understaffed. 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries.

Ordered on DoorDash and the staff gave my order to someone else’s delivery driver. When my dasher showed up to pick up my order they told them they made the mistake but refused to remake my food or do anything else to correct the mistake they made Effectively the staff at this Burger King tried to steal from me by not giving me the food I paid for and instead giving it to someone else without providing me with a replacement

Very bad customer service. RUDE. My worst experience in any Burger King. They deserve less than a star

I really have a pet peeve about efficiency and sense of urgency from employees. I've worked in sales, in 2 mall location stores with a lot of foot traffic so I understand being tired and feeling drained but you always have to balance that with efficiency and customer perception. The Burger King here is slow as heck. My point of view is not subjective, meaning I'm not just me feeling as if this location is slow, they actually are slow and anybody can go and watch them to see. All it takes is a tiny bit of effort to please 99% of customers. TAKE THE ORDERS FIRST and move with a sense of urgency to do whatever it is you're doing. Work faster, not so fast you hurt yourself or drop things, just faster than you currently move and make logical decisions for example, It's probably not a smart idea to be fixing cups or wiping stuff down with a rag or stacking boxes when 5 customers are staring at you waiting, you can do that after the orders. I've been where you've been so I know how you think. You can work better, you're just choosing not to. And there's too much drama in these fast food places because the staff is like 7/10 Female to male. There doesn't need to be that many female staff vs Male staff. The stuff I hear at these places is insane.

The workers are slow and unprofessional rude some of them barely understand or speak English and even though it's a fast food joint expect even with no line that you'll have to wait at least 20 minutes for your order

They serve cold food and constantly get orders wrong. Tonight There was only 1 person working and doing everything. That is not fair to that employee and the Burger King executives should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm sorry but this place should not say they sell Burger king. The service was slow, you could tell everyone was inexperienced. They food preparer walked around in circles with my bag of food in his hand while looking to make he got everything. Most importantly the FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! Soggy tomatoes Unevenly fried onion rings and an awkwardly tasting "vanilla shake" Stay away! Less then 1 star!

The people working don't used cover face and cover cleaning hand. 1ers time.never visiting

This Burger King location is located inside a gas station. If you're not looking hard, you might miss it. Service was quick and easy. You'll have to place your order at the Burger King counter, then pay at the gas station cash register.

Staff was nice to tell me wopper 2 for $6 deal. That was real customer service. 4 small pickels in one side instead of spread. That's make it unpleasent to eat.

For starters, This Burger King is not open 24 Hours. In fact, I was just rejected at the window (9: 50am), Was told that it is not open at this time. A Burger King restaurant closed for Breakfast is bad business. Since this is about the 3rd time this business is closed for breakfast, I will be getting in touch with the franchise owner and will be reporting this to corporate.

Burger King should Shut Down this place for disgustingness. Zero stars, place is dirty, bathroom dirty. Burger King has been dethrone to a place run by dirtiness

Do not waste your time and come here. It says 24 hours but it is not. Or close at 4 and opens at 7am. Best to patron somewhere else.

Disgusting! We called asking about our order they replied in a scurrilous way! We get the order and it was cold and dirty! We found hair in the chips! We threw everything away! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

It's pretty clean but I still feel it's a gas station dive. I went there for breakfast and I just didn't like how my food was presented to me.

They were horrible from the workers to the management. I will never give them my hard earnings again
