Burger King, Olean NY

It's your typical Burger King. Clerk polite with no smile. Food ok. Definitely won't visit again.

I don't go to any other fast food place. Just Burger King in both Olean locations and in Salamanca.
I always use the app to order, they all know me and know it's me when they receive the order. When I walk in they see my and give me my order when I walk in. Great service and great staff

The wife and I usually go here for a quick bite in between her classes the employee's are always nice we get out food fast and the restaurant is always clean.

Food was fantastic. My fries were fresh, and my burger was delicious. Keep up the good work!

Food was fresh and good. The staff was friendly and sincere, not rating a 5 star because of the wait time. The drinking station was not kept at all. There was ice and sticky soda everywhere, kids and straw wrappers everywhere.

Was having trouble with BK app and the staff bent over backwards to help me. Great customer service experience.

How is it you ask for Add cheese, No onion, No pickle. It's marked properly, get home and you have No cheese, and extra onion and pickles. Ugh.

If you're planning on going to the Wendy's across the street, pull into here instead. They actually get your order right. Still, it's a fast food place so it's not like your getting a high class meal. Definitely my go-to for fast food though.

The employees including the manager were being loud while goofing off and took 20 minutes to make a Whopper meal. They weren't short staffed, and then to get my order wrong by adding cheese to my sandwich was so insulting as I am lactose intolerant. And I wasn't charged for it, but wasted my whole lunch break. Thanks Burger King!

I enjoyed going to Burger King this morning with my 3-year-old granddaughter the clerk was very nice and accommodated our every request they need more employees like this young man that waited on me

Drive-thru was quick to get through besides waiting for a new batch of fries. Meal was definitely on point and fries were hot.
Definitely recommend the Ch'King Deluxe sandwich.

The customer service was great. I could hear the managers communicating with the other employees in the back. Check out was quick and painless and wait time was decent despite how busy they were. Place felt cleaner than most fast food places I have been to as well.

I don't use this particular site often, because of were I live, but, the service was good, the employees were friendly, and the order was correct. Plus, even at lunch time, and a line of customers, everything moved along quickly. After stopping to eat, the food was good. No complaints. When I'm in the area, I'll stop when I want something quick.
