Burger King, Jamestown NY

I would give a 0 if possible. Lunch there today was aweful. Cold stale fries. The chicken fry box says crispy they were cold and floppy. Burger was even cold.

Ordered a big king burger that they said was the size of a whopper. When we opened it up they were regular hamburger bun size burgers.not impressed at all. May never return.

I asked for a lot of bbq sauce and I received the exact amount of bbq sauce that I was looking for

Very rarely do they mess up my orders. Go there all the time. Love the bacon whopper on sour dough bread

Onion rings were hot, but the chicken nuggets were soggy n not hot. They replaced the nuggets, but were not happy about it. Just annoying especially if you go thru the drive thru.

Poor customer service if you go there later at night half the crew can be seen smoking in the parkinglot while only two crew members run the entire drive threw and dinning room while poorly making the sandwiches

Slow service but it's understandable with current times. I don't normally eat at Burger King because of how greasy the food is. Staff was friendly and did a good job at taking my order even if I wanted 15min for my food.

It's Burger King what do you expect? I only get the whopper or whopper juniors with French fries and they're always good.

Myself and my brother stopped in to have a lunch and there were two people a girl and a guy who were customers
They started the curse yell have a lot of foul language we moved twice employees only told them to quite down (didn't work)
To make a long story short we through our lunch in the garage and went nextdoor to McDonald's where everything was perfect

New hand breaded chicken wasn't very good. Didn't like the bun and too much coating, no chicken. Also cold.

The lobby is infested with fruit flys and employees smoke right next to the entrance doors. How pleasant for non smokers. Two stars since they actually can get orders right here.

Everything was great. Except for the fries. They seemed to be very old and saturated with grease.

Just received the worst dried out and cold fish sandwich and fries. Not what I expected to get, threw most of it away. They weren't even busy so no excuse for it.

Last 3 times there they could not get my order right. How hard is that? Only getting a whopper and they can't get that right?

Woman at front counter seems like she is upset she has to do her job. Rude. Takes order and doesn’t ask size, what for drink, or if you’d like anything and just assumes your order is done. Staff in back stands around talking, which you can clearly see from dining area.

As I write this I’ve been in the drive through line for the past 24 minutes and someone behind me is actually honking their horn. Granted its11: 13pm it’s still crazy. I’d like to point out that by the looks of it, it’s not the workers that are the issue tho, I pulled up to the window and this girl was working her a** off. It must be corporate understaffing.

Food was fine. An employee was having a nice very Loud conversation with customers at the counter she knew. Thought it was a little unprofessional.

Friendly staff, Crystal and the girl that worked with her that night were both awesome. Fresh food!

Very rude staff everytime I come to this Burger King someone is always very rude or an attitude and makes it a very unpleasant experience

I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich / spicy and they gave me an original chicken sandwich with a half gallon of mayo on it. I drove back and the drive thru was backed out onto the road so i went in and had to stand there for 10 minutes to get my sandwich, at which point i didn't even want. Im gonna avoid this BK from now on as this happens every other visit.
