Burger King, Astoria NY

Cashier and food prep persons have a nasty attitude. Don't greet customers. Food was sitting for a long time. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich test, which was very bad & might cook long time ago.

Have gone to this location a few times. They RARELY get orders right. Im honestly wondering at this point if the employees are just messing with people and are TRYING to mess orders up.more than half the time Either items are missing are wrong. Is no one reading these orders? Do not order delivery from this location you will face massive headaches with support trying to fix their mistakes.

Orders a big fish paired with my whopper meal. I ordered it with cheese. I get no cheese and probably week old lettuce. The lettuce was brown and slimey.

Foods are not so tasty.not at all
First and last. Not ordering anything from them anymore

The lady who sells at the counter (don’t know her name, but she is South Asian) is very rude.

She was pretty much seemed irritated by just being there. The customer service was so bad and I eventually left without my order because she didn’t put in the order after making me think she did while I waited.

Definitely not going back there even if it’s the last burger place left.

I ordered a whopper with no onions and no pickles plus bacon. They gave me a whopper with onions and with pickles and no bacon. Bad enough I wasted my whole lunch break. I spent 20 minutes waiting on my burger. On the receipt it said quarter pound. I told the cashier I wanted a whopper not quarter pound and she said it was the same thing? I thought maybe the machine was printing wrong? But no after I waited 20 minutes i asked the person fixing the take out and said the quarter pounder was 2 for 14 not the whopper so I said why didnt the cashier say so? So horrible, so the server calls my number and says I gave you a whopper instead of the quarter pounder for the miss understanding. But the whopper had no bacon no lettuce and no tomatoes and no mayo. It had everything I did not want like onions and pickles plus missi g the bacon. I had not had Burger King in a long time and thought why not today. Nope bad move. They gave me what they wanted to give me but I paid what I was supposed to pay? I thought it was have it your way. I guess that phrase only works for the employees. Not again for a long time. But if you buy from this location check your food before you leave.

The worst possible experience I've had at BK. I placed the order at 11pm. The store closed at 00.30 so plenty of time to make my food. Order was confirmed but when I entered the girl who worked there that night told me that the oven is off already as they are closing earlier (I don't think manager was aware of early closing) I asked for a refund coz I couldn't cancel my already confirmed order and she said I could come in the morning for my order why the hell I need it in the morning. At the end I went across the street and bought awesome diner food. I still want my money back tho.

Yo, you guys don’t make enough money to hire one more person to take care of the register at night so the guy making orders for uber eats and doordash can focus on his task?

This place is just nasty. I used to be clean and the food used to be decent, but this staff doesn't clean, the restaurant is always dirty, and they are always out of things, like Whoppers.really I thought that was the home of the Whopper and the shake machine is always out of order.

I rated only one because there service is not that good becase they gave me bacon on burger and they did not gave on burger then I decided to not go there anymore

The manager is rude! I don’t like her attitude and she makes stink faces and they was sweeping our feets and i found a hair in my milkshake which is very disappointing to me highly don’t recommend coming here!

I gave this rating a 1 because they have horrible customer service, they don’t pay attention to the order we made, screaming and arguing, and refusing to change the order (please make sure to hire different people and change the maneuver of this location)

Unorganized and short on staff. They need major management upgrade for such a business that is open to constantly feed people. Anyway, if you have at least 30 minutes to wait for a burger then stop by.

I gave this location many chances but today is the last one. They always forget items. They gave us stale fries, nuggets and the whopper seemed old. They never answer the phone. The only thing surprisingly good today was the soda and milkshake thank you for not forgetting the toppings this time. Do better!

Horribly managed. Hamburgers were served on a roll broken and for a fast food restaurant took a long time waiting for the order.

This Burger King is near my house. It’s clear and clean. And all crew members is very very helpful. They give customers service quickly. Thanks

I went there to place a large number of the impossible Wopper sandwich? For our church “St. George Coptic Orthodox Church ️ in Astoria” as we don’t eat meat during the lent period, I have to say that Every one was Super helpful from the Manger “Alex” to the staff “Fernando” and “Irene”, They did all they can do and gave a special promotion for the order, the food was ready on the pick up time and it was really delicious, Thanks to all the staff and management there, GOD bless all.

Hello folks welcome all new people new eye balls and new beeeeeeeeeeeeez thanks for reading my post good place to get some good burgers and fries chicken nuggets sandwich shakes fish sandwich and so on prices are fair very fast service clean store so if you are in the area and hungry come on down and eat so untill the next time peace

Don't like being charged the same price for items that are missing from my order. If you don't have the item or a substitute than take it off of the menu and don't list it
