Burger King, Monroe NY

Went to drive through and was told it would be a ten minute wait for my order. The place didn’t look particularly busy, this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. I thought they call it fast food

When I asked the young “lady” behind the counter to make my order right, as there was no cheese on one of the 4 whopper juniors, she accused me of eating the burger with cheese, which was not the case at all. I was not trying to get a free burger, as this young “Lady” was insinuating. Eventually I just left the restaurant, as I found the exchange between myself and this worker quite embarrassing. My order was never rectified and she was accusing me of lying, which is not true, and her behavior was very unprofessional.

Practically empty. Restrooms are not clean. They don't know how to take orders correctly.

30 minute wait on a Friday night. Can't get out of the drive thru lane. Should've ordered pizza!

I am used to a lot better service from Burger King, this establishment screwed my order and then talked down to me like I was a little kid from an employee that could not have been more than 24 years of age. I am only 60. I have probably eaten more burgers than he has served on customers. After treating me like a child, and saw their error, in lieu of adjusting the receipt, they offered to void the order and redo it from scratch. They could simply void the ticket and ring the correct ticket, but they were too busy "because there were only 4 people working. " Amazing thinking! By the way, I never heard sorry, just ooo.

Been here before during the pandemic. I love their fries, as they seem to taste less salty than mcdonalds. Haven't been in person in a while though.

Ordered out here from Uber Eats on 7/4/2023 because i wanted a milkshake. Ordered the impossible whopper which is their plant based burger, and a medium chocolate milkshake.both were delicous and fresh when i recieved it. Hopefully will be in person soon!

Another BK I'll give full stars too, based off of my total visits here. Another spot I like to hit outside of the Goshen one. The food consistency stays the same, nothing is microwaved and the service is fine. I'll continue to stop here and hopefully the food continues to be served as it should. As for now, this is one of the few BK's that won't sell you day-old fries and a microwaved burger.

My family and I stopped in for lunch. The service was fast and friendly, and a missing piece of our order was rectified immediately when we reported it. The food was good for fast food, though the ketchup from the pump was watery. The fries were not as good as other fast food burger places, but still good enough to enjoy. The restaurant was clean but the soda station was a little awkward to navigate when it got busier, I think just because it's in a small space with the napkins and ketchup right there too.

More honest than Mc. Bigger size, more healthier patty, crispy and fresh vegi inside of burgers. Also french fries are very thick and not salty at all. I do prefer to come here if I really need to buy fastfoods for my kiddos. And they offer very reasonable prices compare with Mc. I do recommend this location.

All though they have been extremely short staffed since I've moved to Monroe over a year ago, I must say they still get everything done and the food still is just as good as any other burger king. I don't know how they manage with so little help but they do it!

I order a burger with only three things and I was specific because I don't like everything on my food when taking my order the lady repeated what I said when I got home I had everything on my burger so disappointed.

The best fast food restaurant around. The staff are friendly and the food is always nice and hot and spotless. This will always go down as one of the best Burger Kings

I don't order out, too expensive & not good for your $. I'll come back to Monroe Burger King they're fast service and good food for the $ wouldn't say that for others
