Burger King, Seneca Falls NY

Yummy food. Always fresh. Love the soda machine, lots of different choices. The inside was remodeled recently and the dining area was updated to a more modern look. It's always clean inside, including the restrooms. Staff is nice and when they made a mistake on my order 1 time, they were willing to fix it without question. Been going here since I was a little kid and glad this location is still around.

These 3rd grade dropout employees couldn't remember to put sauce in the bag if their whole future depended on it dear God.

Today I ordered a regular hamburger for lunch in the drive through. There wasn’t a wait which was nice. The hamburger was lukewarm at best and I honestly only ate it because I was pretty hungry. It’s like it was just sitting around for some time before I got it. Also no napkins were given with my order. Definitely not impressed. Probably won’t be back to the Waterloo NY location

Highly unsatisfied with my entire meal. My onion rings were very crispy, over cooked. My sandwich. The lettuce was clearly old as it was brown and soggy instead of green, there was supposed to be cheese on it, there was none, only a drop of sauce, the chicken was by no mean crispy but rather old and chewy in my opinion. Very unsatisfied.

I went there at 10: 30pm 7/14/23 and I understand you close at 11 but it is no excuse for my whopper Jr to be raw or slapped together. My onion rings were over cooked and hard as a rock (although they were hot). For $11.43 the best thing was the soda.

Food is always good, and the orders are always correct. All the employees are friendly and serve food quick.

Online says they are open till 11pm. When I got there I was met at the door by a very rude young girl that told me they closed at 8pm. Mind you it was 804pm. So I called and was informed that they are open till 11 in the drive thru. So I told the manager that the girl that met me at the door was very rude to my 9yr old and I and he responded with "oh well". I will never return to this location. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Only fast food place that makes my food the way I like it. No LOT. Extra pickle with bacon and cheese.

Every other place including not fast food will always leave one of the LOT in my food.

Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. The workers all have an attitude, very rude and don’t care about there customers. I got cold fries and they didn’t even have salt on them. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.
