Burger King, Rochester NY

Have not been to this location before, but it was convenient to where I was. The staff I witnessed were all amazing, and happy to interact with us. The food was good, and I can see stopping by again in the future.

They take to long with everything and the last time I was in there the counter lady decided to talk to the customers about life then take their order. I stood there for 10 mins while she talked then left bc i wasted half of my lunch standing there.

Best location right now. Parking is slightly annoying but the woman that took my order was very polite and got everything correct. I’m vegetarian and ordering whoppers w/o meat often gets me a funny look and isn’t understood. I asked that the party be out on the side (cos my dad would eat it) and she did this without any problem. No funny looks for ordering sweet &sour for my fries either. Place was nicely decorated for Halloween and other than not getting the meat on my whopper jr it looked like the advertisements! That never happens. Impressed!

The Penfield Burger King is one of the best. The line moves very quickly and everybody is on point I have never had a missing item or an unfriendly person and the food is hot

I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large fry the sandwiches were swimming in mayo and not edible. Fried were cold. Uh I get we are fast food but inedible food is not good. Nope I dear say McDonald’s is far superior

I visit this location at least 5 times a week and is always perfect. The food, the service, friendly. This location is the best.

Very poor service, manager was rude. Saw her putting slices of cheese in the pan without gloves on. Loved the girl at the drive thru though.

This place is now fast. It must be under new management. Try them again because it’s a lot faster than before.

Multiple bad experiences with drive thru - today, we ordered food and got the completely wrong order in the bag. So we pulled up and went in and got the “right” order only to open up the sandwich and it still wasn’t right - a plain impossible whopper with ketchup and cheese only, no lettuce, tomato or Mayo. AND the drink was wrong. Not coming back. It was wrong the last time, too.

Never had a bad experience at this location my orders are always correct and everyone here goes above and beyond.

I accidentally ordered a meal online before they closed and Anthony helped me get my food even though they were closed.

We ordered through the car service. Then we parked to eat in our car. The whoppers were nice and warm. The fries were crispy and not overdone.
There have been times that in other places the food is not as warm. So we appreciated very much today's meal! Thanks!

Looked at their Google listing and it says they open at 7am on Sundays. I pulled into the drive thru at 710am. Waited a few minutes with no response. I pulled up front and as soon as I pulled into a spot they turned the lights off. I again went to the drive thru. After sitting there for a short time a girl came out the back door and said they don't open until 8. Maybe they should change the hours on their listed. McDonald's is a few doors down and they were open

First off, the screen where you can read your order at the drive thru was covered with a promotional sign. Ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and french toast sticks. Received 2 sausage biscuits only and they were dry as dirt! (Like they were leftover from yesterday)
French toast sticks weren't any better. Hard as rocks! And no receipt was in the bag.
