14I went in tonight to get some food and the guy behind the counter literally stared me in the eyes as he picked his nose. I mean really went for it. Goes without saying that I was repulsed and will never be eating here again
Brand new re built gas station rt off of 495 so it's convenient & very clean. Food is cooked to order so you wait a bit especially at lunch time. They been more help during that time. Fries and food is always real hot & better than the actual regular
Service sucks they take too long and they dont care about customers. They forget orders and then take for ever. Cashier has no respect for customers. Kitchen staff is always playing around in the back. Worst Bk ever
Ok, no more. I get the runs the last 4-6 times I've gotten bk here and I can taste the EXTRA saltiness in all the bk food here. Think they try to keep it viable too long.
Possibly the slowest fast food spot on long island. 3: 10pm on a Friday it took 20 minutes to get 1 bacon double cheeseburger combo with one person in front of me
If i could give 0 stars i would.manager cursed me out and got in my face all for asking if the order she THREW across the counter was mine.
Horrible service. I ask them to add some extra things to my order and they charge me for it, and I didn't get what I ask for.
On occasion, employees play loud personal music from a Bluetooth speaker from there phone. Most days have sign up saying kiosk orders only. This forces customers to touch a screen that alot of people have touched. Also unable to pay cash with kiosk. I already turned away and went somewhere else 5 times because of this practice.

Service is absolutely horrible. Just went into order I started to put my order in the Kiosk when I about to pay some lady with a Burger King shirt pokes her head out from the back door and says you can’t order and that there were closed. The hours on the door clearly say they are opened. Multiple time I have been in there and see The workers are sleeping behind the counter, or there is no one behind the counter and you have to wait a long time to even get service cause there are playing around which each other. Absolutely horrible. I would definitely not recommend this place. It is the Biggest Mistake to put a Burger King in this Bolla market.
