15Says online 24 hours yet get told they're closed when I walk in. No doubt thanks for the false advertising.
It's inside of a gas station, that should tell everything you need to know about my review. If I could give minus stars I would, what a waste! Just went here, had a coupon for 8 chicken nuggets and fries. My nuggets were NOT put in the fryer instead they were Microwaved! Give me a break! If I wanted microwaved chicken nuggets, i'd go to a supermarket. These nuggets were so rubbery, I could have played handball with them. I live in the area and will not step foot in here again for fast food. Guess this what I get for going to a gas station for fast food.
The worst ever place, i placed a mobile order, I asked for buffalo sauce. THEY denied!
Its not the first time i visited a burger king no restaurant has ever denied. This place was terrible food and Terrible customer service.
Highly recommend not going here.best to get it anywhere else.
It's not 24 hours! Everything was working but the gas station employee told us that there was no service……. The burger king employee preferred to continue talking to the gas station employee
and did not want to provide the service. Don't waste your time coming here, it's not friendly at all, bad service
For some reason this store does not recognize my credit card on file online so I cannot pre-order; the other two Burger Kings have no issue. Further, they do not have any specials like $3 Wednesday Impossible Burger. It has a lot of nerve since it is inside a gas station and no drive thru. You need to fix the technical issues and lack of offers.
Is just Burger King in a Gas station, place is not the greatest fountain drink is always broken or without coke or almost every soda
Could have better parking. Food was as expected. Hard to get into a spot to park. Food service was quick.
If you are ordering via food app, DO NOT order from this burger king.
I was working a delivery app & had a pickup order here for a customer.
The worker gave me the food and wanted me to fill the drinks for the customers order. (The soda machine was about 5 feet from counter)
I explained to him that I am not licensed to handle food and that he needed to do it as it was part of his job as a food service worker and burger king employee. He really tried to argue with me, telling me it's my job and "all the drivers fill drinks for the orders they pick up".
I proceeded to nicely tell him about his self again and he filled up the drinks a minute later. I also told him and the other workers there that allowing drivers to fill drinks is disgusting, unsanitary and AGAIN not their job. Their job is to pick up prepared, sealed food and deliver it to a customer, period.
I've seen people coughing & sneezing without co eringg their mouths, pumping gas, leaving bathrooms way too quickly to have washed their hands. And the workers don't care.
So again just a word of caution, don't order from here at least not the drinks but I wouldn't period.
Fast food no place to sit. Take out only. Floor slippery, wet. Food cold. Won't return to that Burger King.
Worst experience. Witnessed her drop something pick it up and keep using the same glove. Plus her attitude that no one needs at 8 am
Came at around midnight the worker seen us and went about his business not saying a word of acknowledgement, when he finally got around to taking our order after waiting for like 10 to 15 minutes, we had to repeat the order 5 or 6 times before he understood, he was not friendly at all and actually seemed annoyed that we were irdering food. Then finally when we got our order it was barely warm and definitely tasted old. Not sure if I will return but if I do it wont be at night.
The workers give a lot of attitude and do not treat customers with care. Also who pays 25cents for a sauce, shouldn’t sauce come with the meal? (Other than ketchup)
Worst customer service ever. & you know what really grinds my gears…. The fact that they charge. 25 cents for sauce. They only give 1 sauce packet for chicken nuggets. So if you get onion rings you have to pay. 25 cents for ranch. Ridiculous! But you can go to any other Burger King and they don’t charge for sauce. Boycott this Burger King because clearly the reviews are accurate. Food was subpar and I watched the guy replace dirty soda lids that were sitting on the counter, touched the dirty lid with a dirty glove and put it back with the rest of the “clean” lids. Disgusting and gross.
I ordered so many times and they keep forget something. Like soda or fries or I ordered double whopper and they gave me just whopper. One time they even missing the burgers
Ordered breakfast and not only did they forget my coffee but they gave me the wrong sandwiches.
