Burger King, Maspeth NY

The manager Jennifer mistreated me on Sunday Jan 7 2024. She acted all nice and then when I left to sit down she was talking to others about me when all I asked if I can get refund when i asked for the 2 for 5 wraps since she charged separately the wraps.

I’m from the neighborhood and this is the best Burger King in the area! The food is always so delicious and fresh, the workers have a kind attitude, and the prices are pretty affordable. They accept the coupons you get in the mail. My tip would be to eat the fries as quickly as you can, they get soggy and cold very very fast.

I came in today for breakfast I was dying for a b.e. C biscuit what I got was trash! They put it in the microwave I took a bite and I immediately spit it out it tasted like rubber the bacon tasted like rubber and the biscuit was hard also like rubber. I go to the burger King on queens blvd and that food tastes fresh yummy and delicious their biscuits are great the bacon taste cooked and crispy I've never seen them use a microwave I'll never come to this disgusting place on grand Ave again

I ordered 8 items on DoorDash on Nov 17th. Around 3pm. Only 6 items arrived. And they were not what I ordered. When attempting to contact nobody answered and I wasn’t refunded.

If the workers would stop talking with each other and doing their job, orders would get out on time and possibly you would get the right order. I waited 15 minutes for my order, other customers we're getting angry. The place wasn't busy at all

Plenty of seats available. Always nice and clean environment. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Too expensive the girl at the counter rude and unprofessional first speak English correctly didnt understand her.

Served by a very professional and pleasant Assistant Manager Jennifer for my Sunday breakfast this morning (7/2/2023) at the store of 74-25 Grand Avenue, NY 11373. It's great to start a week with Jennifer's smile, and professional service, even in making sure the garbage area is clean and tidy!

Extremly dirty location! As soon as you enter this location there’s a large high table next to the window on the right. The light over this table was so dusty and covered with spider web that I can’t believe that someone overlooked that spot while cleaning. Looks like it has not been cleaned sonce this place opened many years ago. Literally you eat that dust while you dine there. That’s nasty! Stay away from this filthy location.

The place is clean, and there is no homelessness.very well taken care of. The only thing is the service, but it is expected since I see a lot of young faces that really are there for the paycheck. Sometimes, they are me feel like I am bothering them when I ask for a ketchup or when they get my order wrong. Everything else is good

If you order online or on the app, you must check your order. This is one of those stores that will screw you on an extra patty or an offer if they think they will get away with it.

I had a lovely experience here. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were polite. Honestly I’m not sure why the reviews say otherwise. There is a BATHROOM in the back btw. Will come back when i’m in the neighborhood

The restaurant is dirty, the crew need a training on taking order and talking to the customer politely.
So disappointed to the crew specially the cashier. Un pleasant manner.
