The employees at this place are always kind. They're interested in making sure every customer is happy and have been extremely accommodating.

I once forgot my wallet and they held my order for me while I went and picked it up! They've also offered me free fries and drinks when my order is going to take longer. Even when it's nothing more than having to drop a fresh fish in the frier.

Still just a burger king, but the employees are great.

Cheap food at this place - super good. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. Staff treated us so nice. Reminds me of a restaurant in Philadelphia that I enjoyed.

The food wasn't as hot and fresh as I had expected. And the person that made the sandwiches we ordered was definitely in a hurry. We had to reassemble the sandwiches when we opened the wrappers, because everything fell off the bun. And the bun was smashed almost flat. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. First and last time I stop at that one.

Generally a good bet for fast food - I do love their fries. But my most recent visit was an epic fail. Sprite was only water - I guess their mixer was busted?
Fries were old and stale tasting. Plus I had to wait for them to figure out the ice cream machine. To top it off - the "sundae" was some half melted sludge and syrup. Unfortunately I didn't find out any of this until I got home and I was too tired to take it back.

This is the first bad experience I've had here, so I'll try again before I write them off. The fries are usually awesome and I love the spicy chicken sandwich. So BK.get it together!)

Horrible! Placed and paid for my order waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes only to be told your food wasn't made

I like this Burger King better than the ones in Henrietta. There food is always fresh. I like this location and the one on gates chili by the highway. This one also improved, much better than before when it wasn't remodeled.

Great customer service, smiling happy, 2 for $4 sourdough king sandwich, good deal good sandwich. Happy will come again

Was treated extremely rude I told them that I was allergic to onion and they told me if I didn't like it go somewhere else to eat there was still onion on my food even after telling a manager this very frustrated

The item i purchased was not how I'm used to having it prepared. Bathroom was really cold. Cashier seemed like she had no personality.

Things has changed. But I don't think it a grill going. It flash frozen burgers etc. But with love, patience, kindness you can make any meal delish. When someone is preparing your food their emotions show up in your food
You get sick, stomach ache etc. That goes for family friends also. Fast food should be a special once in a while treat. I learned about healthy eating finally. This Burger King sounds nice.

Favorite spot every Wednesday for lunch very delicious Whoppers customer service skills outstanding.

Slow drive thru during lunch time and 2 of the staff were outside smoking instead of helping the guy on drive thru.

Food is. I go there for breakfast and lunch sometimes. Desserts are AWESOME! Managers are great.

This was the worse fast food experience I've ever had! I was given the wrong order the first time and I had to get the manager to come over to get my order right and he said, "well you took a bite of the burger you might as well just finish it. " Only after a 5 minute debate did he make it right. I'll never eat there again.

Burger King is your traditional fast food establishment. They are known for cooking the burgers on a grill vs a flat surface.

Great service and delicious chicken sandwiches. There were lots of cops in this location which wasn't a problem but just wanted to note that. The waffle fries are delicious as well and next time I will have to try a milkshake. The chicken nuggets are good but very small.

Very clean, food was fresh. This is a nice Burger King, Soo comfortable too. Try this location.

I had the the largest breakfast from their menu which was awesome, for which it was fresh & hot, I can't say enough about Burger King, there # 1!
